As always, the Garza Blanca service was amazing and all of the people were friendly and helpful. Omar and Sheccid were probably the best butler team we've had in all our visits! Thanks again for a wonderful experience! We look forward to our next visit!

LBLC once again delivers great service, food, beverages and personal attention. There is no doubt the service/experience has kicked up a notch (positive) in comparison to LB Cancun. From pick up at Cabo airport to check in with Angel DC started positive/great week. Other's we need to mention who provided exceptional service were Aly and Guadalupe (Spa), Francisco and Jaime (Ocean restaurant), Oscar (Blanc restaurant dinner), Patricia (Room cleaning), Joanna, Sebastion, Manuel, Rafael (Pool concierges) Eugenia (Pool ice cream afternoons and Dulce and Jessica (Blanc restaurant lunch). We thank you all and look forward to our next trip God willing in July 2025

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.

Im a little late with my review after I got back home I got busy, But I remembered! About JOSE a server/employee At Marquis. We went On May 12 OH MY what an amazing service he gave us a Immaculate Experience to Lukas” and me, ”Alejandra”. He was super attentive with literally everyone Handling multiple Desires and He would bring us Paradise drinks and food, You can tell his energy above and beyond With his pure energy it was Contagious Filling us with Joy! Jose Iso mi viaje Excepcional Algo que siempre voy a recordar su Humildad Y sonrisa. You can tell he works really hard and always Smiling he was usually in the pool areas Reccomending us the best. I would give him a raise👏🏻👏🏻🇲🇽! Well deserved Loved his positive attitude, Fue Excelente Jose fue demaravilla I would ask for Jose to be taking care of me next time I go! 100% oh and Elias was Amazing as well Good hard working MEN

We had an incredible anniversary trip through our Marriott Vacation Club. We were given a high room with a gorgeous view. The views at this hotel are absolutely incredible. It has to be top ten views of my life. Vacation club owners have access to a private infinity pool that has amazing sunsets. The walk from the vacation club rooms to the main area is quite long but we did love the main big pool. Great energy, happy 2 for 1 deals, and gorgeous pools. We loved the little market for quick Starbucks runs and their to go pizzas. There is a grocery store, Frescos, that is under 10 minutes by Uber. I recommend taking Ubers, rather than taxis. They are less expensive. All drivers were great! Ubers can’t go to the lobby pick up so you have to go to the security areas. We just asked for a golf cart to bring us up and down - no problem!! The hotel is right between San Jose and San Lucas so it’s easy to go to either. Our room was beautiful with a jacuzzi outside. The staff was phenomenal. They even set up an anniversary flower display on our bed with balloons. Luis Leonardo, the concierge, was very helpful! Everyone that works there was great! For food, I loved the ceviche at the pool. We ate mostly in our room. Bring a big Stanley or a camelback to stay hydrated. A lot of people also had pool floaties that they bought from Amazon. We didn’t have them but they looked great! Know that the ocean is mostly for looking at. It is always a red or black flag which means no swimming. We had a fantastic stay and thank the whole Westin staff for their hospitality!

Recently stayed at Hilton Los Cabos and booked with the Altamar package. The hotel was great on the communication front ensuring everything was lined out for us before our arrival. Check-in was seamless and the staff was very welcoming. Room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Only downfall of the rooms is that they could use some additional lighting. The hotel hotel grounds are very well manicured and shows that it is taken care of. As far as where the hotel misses the mark. Food and overall service. The food was VERY bland. We ordered some guacamole and chips by the pool and there was little to no flavor. We did get dinner at the Italian restaurant one night and the food was fresh but still lacking a bit of flavor. The best food item that we got at the pool was the tacos. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed around the pool. We were constantly having to flag someone down as there were often times no one was around. Overall it was a good trip. We were there when a tropical storm was coming through and the hotel was great at communicating with everyone about the storm and precautions in place. I think that it's a great hotel but could work on food and service.
