Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

Just returned from a week of winter sun at this hotel. I would love to say check in was quick and easy but it was more long and tedious after a very long day travelling, the room on the 6th floor was very nice with a beautiful view of the pool and distant sea, great tv with English speaking channels, not that you watch tv much on holiday but always handy to keep up with the news. Bathroom was very nice with a great walk in shower with plenty of hot water with good pressure, the rooms were cleaned very well every day with plenty of clean bedding and towels. Sun bed towels were collected from the sauna at a refundable price of 20 euro, plenty of sunbeds available at this time of the year around all the pools, we soon discovered that the adult only rooftop solarium was our preferred sunbathing area and spent most days up there, very friendly service from the bar staff up there, as it was everywhere you went , all staff were friendly and a credit to the hotel. The restaurant was quite large and could be bustling at times, there was an adults only section at the back. The food was varied and should suit all tastes , I particularly liked the breakfast offerings and though it was very good, unfortunately we found that some food especially in the evening was Luke warm at best and should be served at a higher temperature. The drinks at the bars were decent and plentiful with self service options for the beer and wine , soft drinks and coffee, service behind the bar for the likes of spirits was good and you never had to wait long to be served. Entertainment at night was good with some sort of act on every night in the strelitzia bar, we had different singers / music acts and a decent comedy act and they put the night in. The other entertainment place next door to the restaurant was mainly for kids entertainment. There is a shop at this hotel that sells some decent clothing etc at very reasonable prices Finally just a couple of things that weren't great, in this day and age I find having to hire a safe very disappointing , I haven't paid for a safe for more than twenty years of travelling the world , and it seems like a big backward step in time. I reserved and paid for a day on a bali bed on the rooftop solarium one day only for it to be cancelled at the last minute due to high winds, I found that the process of taking my money during the reservation was a hell of a lot easier than refunding it back onto my card after the cancellation, and three days later the refund has just arrived back in my account, thank you. I can understand that when you are running a hotel offering different boards then it is difficult to Marshall this, I was all inclusive and it worked well for me , obviously the staff must look for your wrist band when ordering drinks and when you don't have a band then you pay at the bar and I saw this working well countless times , however what I also saw was one particular couple without a band drinking free drinks day and night for a full we

This is our 9th visit to this most wonderful hotel. Very happy to return to such a wonderful place. The staff are amazing each and everyone of them and it makes it a very special place to stay. A special mention to vicky, jesus, gema David and Estafani. The food is excellent and plenty of choice. Always tasty and very clean surroundings. The pools are amazing and no shortage of sunbeds . Hotel is impeccably clean. Plenty of different room choices. Also there are lots of different bars to have a mixture of evening entertainment. The only slight dissappoint was a very loud individual from Doncaster and few men from Scotland who thought they needed to shout at each other as though they were the only ones on holiday. However I won't let this stop us from returning. A small blip in a wonderful holiday. Would also highly recommend tge spa in this hotel. Great value for money and extremely skilled staff and very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here last few days of August beginning of September for 9 nights in total and honestly after reading some of the reviews we were a little worried. We checked in about 12.30pm and our room was ready which we were very happy about, room was good quite clean. There was a few little things like the plug was hanging off the wall, bathroom or bedroom door wouldn’t always shut but the kids loved having their own space. Rooms very spacious. Had one concern that at the top of our stairs there were some spikes to keep the birds away and my son nearly put his hands on them. It seemed a bit of a hazard. Hotel grounds very well kept and the cleaners work very late. They do start knocking early but putting the sign on our door they come back. I did notice some nights they were still cleaning rooms at 8pm. We had read quite a few reviews about staff especially staff in the restaurant being rude well during our 9 nights I can say I didn’t meet one member of staff who was rude, they were all very friendly and helpful. Staff at reception were also very friendly, very informative. We was half board during our stay and was told that we could swap lunch and dinner around if we wanted to but if I’m honest this wasn’t as easy as the reception made out and it cost me €75 in the end. Food wise there is a good choice of food, you may struggle a little if you’re slightly fussy as my partner did a couple of nights. Being half board we were able to charge items to our room which I normally pay off every couple of days. When we checked in we wasn’t informed of any limit, so during one evening when I tried to put two drinks on the room I was left standing there like a silly person with a queue of people behind me while the bartender spoke on the phone to then inform me that my account had been put on hold. It would of been so much easier if I had just been told at check in that there was a limit instead of being made to feel the way I did standing there. Lacking is anything for the slightly older children to do, there is no playground or space for them to really meet friends. There is a couple of pool tables and table tennis but that is all. Entertainment is also not great a singer every night in the bar upstairs and a children’s entertainer and then karaoke in a very small entertainment room which can get very warm. The pools are lovely but make sure you check what pools you can take children in as one pool isn’t clearly marked out and that’s adult only. You are only allowed to use floats bought from the hotel as they are very strict and what can be used. Lifeguards seemed to tell some people off while allowing others to do the same thing which didn’t seem right. Pools also shut at 7pm and are cordoned off. The free mini bus is a very good service, the walk down in to the town is about 15 minutes. The walk back maybe slightly longer as the hotel is on a hill. The shop within the hotel I wouldn’t bother to use there is a supermarket/shop right

Fantastic hotel, great location and facilities. Rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is first class thanks to our cleaning lady Elizabeth who deserves a special mention . We stayed in room 139 from 18th Feb 2025 for 10 days. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. . Will definitely stay here again. Alex and Alison Gray Dunfermline Scorland.

Good location with plenty of bars and restuarants nearby. Los Cristianos beach an easy walk downhill but a bit of a climb back up. Beach itself unappealing, overlooking ferry terminal. Las Vistas beach is much nicer with half hourly shuttle minibus from/to hotel, although this is sometimes oversubscribed. Hotel very clean and generally well maintained. Main pool (heated) busy and lively, if you like that. However, other quiter options are available including a roof top, adults only area. Restaurant too small for the size of hotel and can get very busy. Food OK and choice means there is always something for all tastes. Evening entertainment a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes very good, e.g. Comedy Elivis, sometimes not so good. Venue combined with a bar which sometimes results in a conflict of interrest, i.e. those sitting talking at the bar distract those wishing to listen to the entertainer. Activities for kids would appear to be good. All Inclusive Plus really only extends to branded spirits. It should, in our opinion, also include bespoke cocktails. The restrictions and charges in the adults only FunAttick Bar are unnecessary. All in all an enjoyable enough stay. Probably better suited to families rather than mature couples. However, some of those have been returning for upwards of 30 years.
