I’m happy that I stayed at the lodge instead of in the busy town. It’s a little out of the way, but the shuttle to town was convenient, and there’s some nice hikes and a water fall to visit for the day. After staying at the lodge and the enjoying the beautiful grounds and a return to nature, I felt so relaxed. The message and steam bath were a nice treat. The airport pick up was a bit expensive.

Amazing location and there is actually quite a lot to do here. Just down the road is a nature park with cooking classes, zip lines, etc. And you have a choice of hikes starting at the property as well as the sauna (like a herbal steam room), pool, horse riding for kids, etc. Need to take the shuttle or a taxi up and it's a good distance out of town but the natural location is just spectacular (and a bit cooler than the city). The bungalows are in a garden setting with mountains just behind, the occasional water buffalo on the road, a couple cute dogs. Food is amazing with a vegan menu if you swing that way, local and western fare as well. Awesome attentive staff and a helpful industries owner. Highly recommended retreat.

Greeted by a very hospitable, friendly and caring team! Breath taking view of the mountains, delicious food! This lodge is really a must for nature lovers. About 15-20mins walk to Nam Dong Park. Please do read up more about the lodge before booking! I had a wonderful experience here!

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It was a shame it was too cold to swim there is a nice pool. But they do have a steam bath. The food is good, the service is fine. The mountain road leading to the resort is not good and very bumpy, our taxi driver wanted to abandon us because he refused to go further. Luckily the staff sent their driver to pick us for a fee. There is not much to do around once u are up there. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, but with our 3 year old, 2 days was enough for us.

Beautiful eco-lodge up in the mountains. Perfect for a few days rest away from the city or to get over jet lag, but also possible to hike in the mountains. The owner was an excellent host, helpful and a font of knowledge on Laos. The menu is local and includes vegan options. The swimming pool and wider area is stunning all day. Anyone visiting Luang Prabang for the first time should spend a night or two here, as well as a night in the old town centre.

An absolutely awesome experience at this hotel. The host Holgi is such an awesome guy who took us from the centre of Luang Prabang in his personal vehicle as we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere late at night. He did not charge anything for this trip and was throughout an amazing host. His staffs were also very soft spoken, polite and helpful throughout our stay there and the whole place is directly in the lap of nature, so you will indeed have a lovely time there

Loved: The food and views were excellent. The staff was extremely helpful in sharing information on the National Park and various activities we could do during our stay. There are games and books to borrow in the main house. We loved the "serve yourself" water bottles and tea. It is an excellent place to go and be as active as you wish or as calm as you need. There are no shops or restaurants, so it is what you make of it. Didn't love: The beds were very, very hard, so be prepared for that. We were pretty sore after two nights. Also, I am an animal lover, and while the animals at the property seem well cared for, I noticed the sweet ponies were left on their own a lot and were wanting attention. One of the two dogs has a sore leg that nobody seemed to be addressing. I hope it is soon cared for.

Incredible location and views. So relaxing and calm. Staff is very friendly and food is wonderful. Try the Lao breakfast! Everything is made with care. The massage was also a highlight! It’s perfect for families and also for solo travelers or couples, since the rooms offer a lot of privacy!Couldn’t recommend more

Stayed here with our family of 4 for 3 nights. Was an excellent way to start our holiday. Beautiful room , swimming pool and restaurant. It may be a little far out for some, but it was really relaxing and tours we took did collect us from there at not much cost. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for something relaxing and slightly different.

A beautiful location, tricky to get to via unmade road but that was part of the charm. So so peaceful. It was like being a private guest, we were made to feel part of the “family”. The swimming pool is set in a lush garden and the views are sensational. The room was adequate and very private, with our own veranda. The food was very good and the service first class.
