just now New Ridiculous rules…This hotel charges 100/- for a plate …50/- for a glass….I have stayed in 100s in f hotels across the globe …Really find it hard to understand how come they charge for these basic things ….and best part these people are proud of the charges they are charging Worst stay ever

It's a Pub like environment. We came for fine dining, but unfortunately, there is too loud music which was intolerable. We couldn't sit there for one hour. Inspite of our several requests made the highest authority, they didn't lower down the voice. Our evening spoiled due to the worst arrangement. If you are coming here for a fine dining, i strongly advise you to avoid this place.

Very good hotel with nice ambience and amazing food. Really like knork restaurant. Very neat and clean banquet hall. Really enjoyed a lot. A must visit place in ludhiana. Best place to host parties and other family functions. Location wise also convenient.

Hello team I had a booking there for last night and i was in room 513 which i booked online. It was my worst experience there. First of all there were no toiletries,dental kit in the bathroom,body lotion was kept but used one, telephone was not working was not able to call reception or any other hotel services. But when checking out the hotel front desk operator MRS.SARITA was asking for extra money of 1500/-rs telling us that we have ruined the bed sheet by dal stains. But when we checked there were no stains of dal. After that they told us to go in room and check but there was nothing. Even lifts were flooding with water. Seriously SARITA don't know how to talk to guests and in this industry you have to be very poliete but she was too RUDE. Even after realising their mistake one must apologise but she was giving tough look and told us to talk to Mr.Bipin. Firstly he was also not accepting the mistake but later he apologised for his behaviour. Requesting you to teach SARITA how to talk and takecare of their guests and everyone with a smile on her face. Had a great time, the front office is especially helpful. Staff is very friendly and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, pocket friendly and hygienic. Overall experience was really great, had a lot of fun. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Staff was polite and food was amazing.room were neet and clean . Check in checkout was very smooth . Breakfast was amazing . Staff was humble and cutest. I will recommended to every one .
