Stayed for 2 nights here last week. Earlier this property was Known by a different name, may be water Breeze, but currently operated under new management. We had booked a Deluxe Triple Room but allotted a 4 bedded Family room during Check-in. It's a very compact cozy Guest House, with Ground plus one structure, surrounded by other houses & hotels in a narrow lane between the Bikini Beach & Local Beach of Maafushi. The room had all amenities listed on the Agoda portal viz. AC, Mini-Fridge, E-Kettle, Comfy beds & clean linen & attached Shower & toiletries etc. The staff was friendly & always helpful. They even served us breakfast early morning before their scheduled time as we were checking out by 7 am. Recommended only for Budget travelers for 1-2 nights stay only. A construction activity right next to this property adds to the inconvenience. No restaurant facility , they just have a basic kitchen to serve the basic b'fast & complimentary Tea/Coffee during the day. They need to improve on the following so as to make stay comfortable for guest's : 1: Out of 10 rooms, only one Double room has a Window & another double room has a Balcony. Rest 8 rooms out of total 10, have neither a window nor a balcony. Hence, feels claustrophobic at times. The room description & amenities do not mention this aspect & hence, mislead the guest's while choosing this property. We too booked our stay here due to the incorrect info on this. 2: Breakfast is quite disappointing as Continental option is a fixed set menu of 3 slices of Bread Toast with Jam, Butter, Scrambled Egg, Sausage, & 2 types of cut fruits served with a glass of Orange juice & Tea/Coffee. 3: Limited knowledge of English & lack of formal training in hospitality makes interaction & response from the staffers a little raw & harsh, though it's unintentional. They are helpful most of the times. 4: The 32” LCD TV mounted on the walls in all the rooms is just for decorative purpose as it's NOT functional, since they do not have any Satellite Channels / Cable/DTH connection subscribed. Overall, just recommended for a short stay for budget travelers not keen on a good breakfast to start their day.

Отель предоставляет лежаки по запросу, в действительности есть неприятные нюансы, на пляже вас либо не находят либо предоставляют другие за которые местные торговцы просят чтоб вы купили коктейль. В номере есть телевизор, но смотреть по нему совсем нечего, прям совсем- пару местных каналов. Тв не смарт что странно для отеля 21года. Остальное все хорошо! Персонал очень старается. Вокруг все новенькое. Сам маафуши не лучший вариант чтоб на нем полностью провести отпуск. Но отлично подойдет как перевалочный пункт между островами или если нужно бюджетно переждать что то в этой стране.

I stayed in Triton hotel last Nov .2022 for 5 nights,really I enjoyed alot our stay in this hotel my room was sea view ,each day I woke up on stunning view,also the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,also the trips they offered were very nice and well organized, I hope to stay again in this hotel in my next trip to maldives

We had such a wonderful experience at Rosemary Boutique Hotel. It is a quaint hotel in the best location - right at bikini beach and close to the snorkeling spot called Coral Gardens. The front of house staff are very friendly, kind and accommodating. We booked a tour through the hotel from Maafushi to Fullidoo and we go to swim with nurse sharks, manta rays and dolphins. I can highly recommend that you book all your activities through the hotel. The room was spacious enough and nice and clean. There wasn't any view from our window/balcony but that didn't bother us as we were literally only in the room to sleep. The bathroom design needs some work as the shower wets the toilet but otherwise all in all a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is fulling and the wifi is decent. This is a great value for money find.

It was my husband’s birthday on 2nd of December and the whole F&B staff of Kaani Palm beach during breakfast helped me surprise my husband with a cake and celebrations and my husband was very happy because of such a sweet gesture. We would also like to appreciate Ms. Kadek from F&B in Kaani Palm beach, she’s extremely courteous and sweet and never stops smiling, she always has a pleasant smile throughout and takes care of her customers so well. Very down to earth lady, we wish her all the best for future endeavours. Keep up with your work Kadek! You are amazing!

Masala Street (inside White Shell Hotel): The entrance looks very fancy but when you step in, it's a kind of a let down where they have a plain room with tables and chairs put together. As this restaurant is attached to White Shell Island Hotel and Spa, their menu prices are all in USD, as is the case with all such other restaurants in Maafushi Island that are tied with a hotel. On the other hand, it seems that stand alone restaurants charge in MVR. A major negative is that they charge a 4% fee on the Bill of you pay by card, which doesn't apply if you pay by cash. The moment we told that we don't have USD and were about to walk out, the person said it's ok that we pay by card and he'll waive off the 4% fee. LOL! We had ordered Veg. Kadhai and Rotis (because their tandoor wasn't operational, so we couldn't have had naan) and were pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was very much like typical Indian taste. The rotis were phulka and served piping hot adding to the good experience. We would visit again, just for the taste.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of Maafushi’s centrum. But so many small things made the stay uncomfortable, especially the lack of information from the hotel’s part. I tried to book transfer ahead from Malé airport to The hotel on Maafushi island. Approximately 4 days before my arrival I got in touch with someone from Seven Hotels saying that it would be possible and which timings I would like. From there I never heard anything back. I tried to write them several mails, contacting them on Facebook and even calling them. No one never replied me back! When my final departure date for Maldives was about to start, I was a bit stressed as I didn’t have any transfer booked ahead from the airport! I like being organized when I travel and this was a very bad start of my short vacation. I landed in Malé airport 06:00 am. In the morning and I had to wait 4 hours in a crowded airport, meanwhile trying to figure out how to find transfer from there to the hotel! In the end I found a random small guy in a white shirt! Who finally was able to help me, but all this stress could have been avoided from the hotels site if it was arranged prior my arrival! When I arrived to Maafushi island a guy was picking me up at the port and I tried to explain my dissatisfaction. The staff barely spoke English - and I gave up. I then contacted Seven Corals via mail, and now I heard from them explaining their wifi connection was bad and therefore they couldn’t get in touch with me! But to be honest this isn’t any excuse! Then you should remove the service online if you aren’t able to help your customers! I booked a deluxe room, and was given another room at the ground floor as my other room wasn’t ready! My check in was at 12:00 pm. But they said it wouldn’t be ready before 15:00 pm! This is also very bad! No housekeeping was neither offered during my 4 days stay. I had to ask for toilet paper! The toilet lid was broken and there was a huge bump in the right side of the bed! I travel the whole world! And this experience wasn’t nice at all! I never write negative reviews! But with your hotel I have too! As it kind of destroyed my small vacation from the beginning. Especially the lack of responsibility as a hotel! The lack of information was so poor!
