Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Madrid

The location is excellent, two subway stations very close, fast the check in, we arrived early and they had a room ready for us, the rooms super clean and modern, whoever hates the morning sun to sleep a little more, this is the place, they have great curtains that don’t let a ray of light to enter. The bathroom was comfortable, a good closet, the mattress and pillows perfect. The breakfast super complete with many choices to pick.

Hotel ottimamente ubicato, a distanza di piacevole passeggiata dal Parque del Retiro, e a pochi minuti a piedi da due comode stazioni metro. Reception accogliente ed efficiente, e pulizia impeccabile. Raccomandato.

Extremely good location. Surrounded by many shopping centers, groceries and restaurants. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel for free is good too.

Swimming pool close at 8PM, the guy at 7:40PM already started let us go out, so bad attitude, feels like we are in the pool at his home. Sauna also closed at 9PM, better to extend sauna to 10PM

Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional. The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided. Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies. Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

You need your key card by the door to turn on lights. But otherwise was a good stay. Supplied shuttle to and from airport. WhatsApp in case you need to book shuttle is on the photo.

Stayed end of Feb during a business trip, greeted by the main entrance doors not working and the side door jammed. Security assisted with gaining access but not a great impression. The hotel card reader was not reading any of my cards even though I had just used them outside. I asked where the nearest bank was but the staff could not help apart from shrugging their shoulders. Another person had the same issue after me and it transpired the trainee receptionist had not got the experience to deal with the issues. The hotel was clean with decent rooms as you would expect at this level, the rest of my stay was pleasant with helpful staff.

Great location. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. We were surprised to learn that the hotel exterior was undergoing a renovation. We checked in our room at 4pm and could hear knocking and hacking on the wall. Thankfully we were just using the room to rest at night. Most of the daytime were spent exploring the city. It would be informative if the hotel inform the guests about the renovation but it is okay for us because we were out.

Oh goodness where to start.... After a couple of weeks of traveling we were ending our trip with a night at the AC Hotel near the airport for ease of travel the next morning. We arrived and met Carmen, she is AMAZING! Bottom line when my friend made the reservation she made it for October 30th, not October 29th, and the hotel was full. After some mad typing and serious looking on the computer Carmen found us the very last room in the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and really comfortable, very sad we were only able to enjoy it for one evening. DON'T USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!! So, the next morning, we used the airport shuttle service, OMG! The shuttle driver the next morning if it was on a rating system the star would have to start with a negative. She was unkind, unhelpful, and REALLY RUDE! Be aware when you are using this service you better do your research and know the specific terminal you are flying out of, not the airline, as she will rain hell down on your head. Thank goodness the staff in the hotel was so wonderful, professional, and terrific, couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Madrid, it was the perfect choice. It is located within the main part of Gran Via and is next door to Zara, Mango, H&M and opposite Uniqlo. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, the metro and the sights. We booked a rooftop view room and it did not disappoint, stunning view and very quiet. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The sink and shower are in the bedroom, the toilet is separate. We really valued the free soft drinks in the room every day, great touch. The wardrobe was also a good size. The TV in the room did not have many English channels but it allowed you to mirror your phone content. Really easy to use. The staff were all super friendly and all spoke English. When we checked in we were given free tote bags and vouchers for two free alcoholic drinks at the bar. The bar area is beautiful and doubles up as the breakfast area on a morning. It’s modern and clean and has a balcony if you want to sit outside. The rooftop bar is also gorgeous and has great view. We ate breakfast at the hotel for €14 each. It had lots of choice with everything from cereals, range of breads, cooked breakfast, fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, juices and danish pastries. We walked past many hotels during our trip and it really did feel like this hotel is in THE perfect location. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to book.
