Apartamentos Soho Boutique Hoy No Me Puedo Levantar

We stayed at the SoHo Boutique Hoy No Me Puedo Levantar for seven nights between October 12 and October 18, and overall, the experience was a mix of pros and cons. Pros: The room was a highlight—it was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed. Despite facing the busy Gran Via, it remained relatively quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The location was superb; most of Madrid’s major sights and attractions were within walking distance, and there was easy access to the metro for places slightly further out. Cons: However, there were a few notable drawbacks. There is no place to leave luggage before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, and we were asked to wait on the street until check-in. There is also no lobby or seating area to pass the time. The reception arrangement is unusual—there’s no proper desk, and employees work from what seems like a small, exposed space the size of a broom closet. One of the staff even mentioned they were freezing due to the draft. Given that the hotel occupies the entire building, it feels like an oversight not to invest in a more functional reception area with adequate facilities for both employees and guests. The restroom for staff is on an upper floor, meaning they had to leave the makeshift reception area unattended when needed. Conclusion: Would we stay again? Perhaps, but it wouldn’t be our first choice. For the same price, there are likely other options in Madrid that provide more accommodating services, especially for those arriving on early flights.

Brilliant location and very well appointed apartment. The decor was modern and sleek and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be that there was nothing in the fridge/ mini bar but no big deal and a kettle would have been nice. Other than that it was lovely and very reasonably priced for its central location. I would go back again for sure.

Very smart flat with two bedrooms. Excellent central location (we walked everywhere). Was able to watch st Patrick's day parade from the window. Obviously very new. Nice deco. Perfect for two couples. One bedroom room has en suite. Large living room for chilling out in.

excellent place to stay.. location is perfect and room was as well.. everythin was clean and tidy.. only thing was that we couldn't find it immy as there was no any sign or anything, but everything else was very positive experience

Apartamentos de lujo en pleno centro de Madrid. Poco ruidoso. Genial. Todo muy nuevo. Nos hicieron upgrade, cafe de cortesia. Solo un pero, y es que no tienen consigna ni opcion para dejar el equipaje despues del check out. Una lástima la verdad

La ubicacion y el estado de los departamentos es muy buena, muy bien amoblados y cómodos, en una ubucacion centrica en Gran Via. Pero hay un par de contras importantes a tener en cuenta: - No hay servicio en las habitaciones ni tampoco se reponen los jabones o papel higienico, en mi caso tuvimos que comprar en un super. - No hay servicio de guarda de valijas, por lo que si llegas antes del horario de checkin, o como en mi caso el checkout es bastante antes de tu vuelo, tenes que buscar un lugar en las cercanias donde dejar las valijas. La respuesta que tuve en reception es la de alquilar una noche mas a USD 180, sin sentido. - Por ultimo, algunas de las personas en recepcion no ofrecen la ayuda esperada por el precio pagado. Preguntamos donde podiamos lavar ropa y nos dijeron que ni idea, como ejemplo. Conclusion, si te bancas las contras enumeradas esta bien, pero a nivel servicio dejan bastante que desear.
