I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomatic Hotel in Mendoza! The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Mendoza, which made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby wineries. The breakfast was great, offering a delicious variety of options to start the day off right. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend the Diplomatic Hotel for anyone visiting Mendoza. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service!

It's not worth the price of the night's stay or the 5-star pomp. Old, bathroom with a leaky shower and some burnt lampshades. The breakfast is good, well served and the hotel is very well located. We chose to stay two nights not only because of the location but also because of the great reviews, but it wasn't worth it.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location for exploring Mendoza by foot and close to restaurants and a great ice cream parlour. Our room was on the end and was very large. We enjoyed the sunsets over the Andes. The app to do everything was a bit annoying as it kept logging out. The bathroom was a bit tired. Wine tasting in the lobby was great and the breakfast buffet selection was very good.

I used to stay here when it wss no more than $100 or so a night. It was a decent option, a bit tired the facilities but OK overall. Now in 2024 they charge $300 and up to $400 a night for a room that's not worth anywhere near that. In Europe this hotel would sell for about 100 to 150 Euro night in most cities , not sure in Argentina one of the poorest countries in the world, they charge this kind of money.

The largest, and most corporate hotel we had stayed in on our South American adventure. A 5 star hotel with an impressive lobby. Some issues at check in but resolved in a friendly manner, even helping us to download the app you need to enter your room (yes, really!). All communal areas, and the breakfast are 5 star. I would say that the rooms are not, although they are more than adequate. A nice touch was the wine tasting that could be done each evening in the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 nights while on our first ever trip to Mendoza. The location was perfect - easy walking to several shops, parks, and restaurants. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were quiet and clean. A few small complaints that maybe only an American might make. There were no ice machines, no usb plugs, and no stopper for sink. None of these are a big deal though. The pool was small but pleasant. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We thought the breakfast choices were plentiful and good but they did not change from day to day. The Chilean Soccer team was staying here also so it got a little noisy outside the hotel as their fans stood cheered for several hours. All in fun though - they even cheered me when I went outside ( I’m a senior citizen)

A stunning hotel in the heart of Mendoza with great localization. Comfy beds and an ok bathroom. The room service is really "meh", the gym is barely fine and the pool was refreshing. The breakfast is really good and the staff and service were very kind

Mendoza itself does not have much as international 4/5 star hotels. This one has very high reviews so I booked here. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, it is a 4 star hotel that needs some money spent on the rooms. The Spa and Gym are fine, the swimming pool is quite small but ok too. Concierge Martin and Luis do a good job, recommended some good restaurants with great wine lists all in walking distance. In conclusion if you must stay downtown then this makes sense, if you do not then go to one of the hotels/resorts in the wine region which is very close (20min drive in some cases...) to really wind down...
