Definitely worth the visit! This hotel is probably my best for value hotel during my visits in Manila. The facilities are top-notch, room is big even with the classic studio plus I get to have the best view of the Manila skyline.

This is an add-on booking. Truly pleasant service throughout the stay, front desk was able to accommodate slightly earlier check-in on the day of my arrival. Room is absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable, housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. Daily turn down service for the evening. Amenities like the pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms were excellent too. Breakfast was a spread which included some Filipino items on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. But the ad on expedia said I would have gym access but I when I got there staff told me only the tenants had access. So I was a little disappointed. I don't understand why have a gym included in the ad if guests paying guests or tourists can't use it.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Had to stay overnight as Cebu airlines had flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything else seems disappointing. Service both at the counter and especially in the restaurant is very very poor. There were at-least 7 staff members standing talking and not doing much whilst I am the only person sat in the restaurant, I had to get my own menu and was ignored. I ordered waffles and waited 40 minutes while being the only person in the restaurant that had ordered food. When the food arrived it was nice but not worth the wait or being ignored for the duration of the wait. I asked one woman how long my food would be as I’d been waiting a while and she didn’t respond just nodded and spoke to another staff member about it and continued on without communicating or saying anything to me I hate sounding like a Karen but it’s just frustrating to have staff in such a nice establishment be so incapable. The only staff who were friendly and efficient were the doormen who were helpful and kind.

Best pet-friendly hotel - we’ve been here three times already and we’ve had a great stay each time! I’ve tried checking in at other “pet-friendly” properties but it’s different with Coro. You can tell that we are welcome and there is no discrimination against pets. Coro Hotel doesn’t disappoint when it comes to their service. From the check-in to check-out experience, it’s always seamless!

Would come back. Cons lang(for me, our situation) is no modification, no cancellation. Pro ng no cancellation nila anytime na gusto mong mag stay sa hotel is pwede sa duration ng nabook mong araw. And napaka secure and safe ng system from booking to checking out sa hotel unlike other hotels. So very thumbs up.

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

When I arrived at the hotel I need to wait for an hour and 30 minutes eventhou i booked ahead of time and through online. Trip.com was also not able to help me at all given the fact that im pregnant and they wamt me to cancel the booking and they will just after 24 hours. So they want me to look for a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Чисто! Редкий отель в Маниле, где нет муравьёв. Отличная локация: 25 минут ходьбы и вы в самом центре BGC. Оригинальная планировка комнаты. Но в туалете не хватает раковины. Приходится бриться и чистить зубы над унитазом. Ещё небольшой минус: при заселении требуется депозит 1500 песо. Я узнал об этом поздно. И потерял много времени на поиски банкомата, ближайший нормальный банкомат был в 15 минутах ходьбы.

🌟🌟🌟Hotel ini adalah cawangan terbaik setakat ini kerana kami pernah ke beberapa hotel RedDoorz tahun ini. Kemudahan lengkap (kabinet, microwave, peti ais, cerek, perkakas, peralatan mandian) kakitangan yang mesra dan permintaan saya seperti bilik dengan balkoni disediakan di atasnya yang bersih. Satu-satunya kebimbangan kecil yang kami ada ialah lokasi pada mulanya, jika anda tidak tahu kawasan itu dan anda menganggap ia berhampiran BGC, ia tidak, teksi itu menurunkan kami agak jauh kerana pembinaan jalan raya. Tetapi kemudian kami mendapati bahawa, terdapat perjalanan ulang-alik dari MRT Guadalupe ke lebuh raya J.P. Rizal dengan menaiki jip ke Pateros. Kami tidak dapat mengakses filem Netflix melalui smartTV kerana terdapat had untuk akaun dan juga pancuran air panas adalah terlalu panas dan aliran air rendah. Lagipun, ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat 👏👏👏 sekali gus mengesyorkan untuk pasangan yang hanya mahu melarikan diri dengan cepat dan tenang daripada rutin isi rumah atau secara amnya untuk pelancong/tetamu yang inginkan kadar berpatutan dan faedah yang selesa. The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.

Stayed at room 803 this room has no windows and my friend room which is 802 does not have too .The rooms are small and bathroom floor gets floided after use .be aware this place is a motel . One thing only good about this place is its beside the main road and there are lots of food store behind it .
