Place was good but check in and check out was a bit slow. Amenities and other complimentary service was great. Room was big!

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

Location is excellent I love this facilities Very comfortable bed The only bad thing is they don’t have free water bottle .

Location is about 10 mins drive from Green belt. Stay was pleasant. Huge room with good city view. Value for money.

Great hotel with kind staff. Great pool with pretty views. No plastic water bottles in rooms but there are water dispensers on each floor. No hair dryer in rooms, either.

I gave it a three for cleanliness because the toilet had a very strong sewage smell. I was told this was "normal" but okay. The location is great and lots of bars and restaurants around, and only 30 min to the large shopping mall. Overal I was happy with the stay and would recomend this to my family or friends.

My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. The linens has blood. Previous guest shorts is still around which says it was not cleaned properly before turnover.

The place is a scam.They have visiting hours like a hospital.They made me pay 2000 pesos for a friend of mine to come to my room. I've traveled for 35 years.I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and i've never heard of that b s policy. It's a scam don't stay here

The therapist not really accomodating The massage is too expensive but the massage its not really good the costumer service is very poor

Do not stay here, check in takes hours😭🥺😭 towels in the room were old and they don’t have bottled water🙆🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️ you have to walk out of your room and get water. As they only have water dispenser outside the room.

Overall was a good stay, they have maintained decent amount of amenities. They promote there Onsen Spa alot, however when we tried to take spa package it was not available, Hence it was a bummer, but we got 10 min free massage, that was really good. Breakfast was decent, not much Vegetarian options. Located in a busy location, pool area is very nice. Wifi could be better inside room.

I recently stayed at I’m Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in cleanliness was impressive. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary 10-minute massage and delicious dessert that were offered during my stay. Overall, I’m Hotel offers a great blend of hospitality, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
