I'm Hotel was a wondeful hotel we stayed at. While the rooms had a few imperfections in terms of finishings and too small toothpaste tubes, it was a peaceful hotel in the middle of makati.

I love this place, only the concern was ; hoping that the pool has options to get warm water also so that guests still can enjoy even when rainy days and during at night.

Exceptional service from the front desk. Breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. Overall service of the staff was excellent.

Can hear people from next room even though its a normal conversation. We’re located on higher floor but still can hear traffic noise outside. Staffs are ok, not that friendly nor approachable. There were not much chairs in the lobby. We checked out early to avoid hassle but since we are waiting for our ride to arrived, we waited in the corner and when I am finally able to find my seat, minutes later the staff asked if she can take a photo of my seat which i find weird. Like can you just wait few minutes to take the photo after I am done sitting? It was only less than 30 mins of wait for our ride to arrived. It was an ok stay but wont recommend due to not properly trained staffs. You shouldn’t asked very personal stuff to your guests. On breakfast, I observed kitchen staffs talking about other guests unprofessionally. I get that these things really happened but at-least dont do that in front of other guests to hear.

For the area and the price I paid with a discount on trip.com I was very very pleased with my whole stay. There are certain things lacking if you're looking for a truly luxury experience but I was extremely pleased and the entire staff were so lovely and friendly

The room is huge and very clean. They provide a smoking area at the poolside. And most of all, employees are very approachable and friendly.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

This is my first time here at I’M Hotel. And I fell in love immediately to their facilities and to the room. The hotel is so clean and the hotel employees are very polite and friendly. I love the see through pool. I’m planning to bring my family here for them to experience the hospitality of the hotel employees.

The hotel is located in a great area with great views. Hotel also gave out free desert coupon with a massive cake.

Great hotel, the location is just nice where you have plenty of food choices and the rooms are very large and comfortable. Will come back again!
