The room, staff are so helpful, . *location wise— it’s accessible. And very convenient *good service * and the breakfast is excellent

The hotel is pretty old. The is not clean. The blank has hole and pillows and towels are not proper white. Can’t use the wifi. Can’t use the hot water Location is good.

Horrible dump. Avoid this place at all cost. Everywhere around the property stinks like sewage. Room was filthy. Location might be perfect for those seeking debauchery and hedonism but if you're decent you would avoid the area. Everywhere from the quarters to the rooms. Felt like I wanted to vomit. Wi-Fi is horrible, I had to call the reception desk twice for them to reset the router and it still wouldn't work. I went to get ice over at the breakfast area and got really rude service from the breakfast attendant. No smiles or afraid this from housekeeping.I only came here because my friend is staying here and he wanted me to come to the same property so we can make a trip to Pattaya together. I should've stayed somewhere else. Again, nothing works. Not even the TV, nor the Internet can't even call phone.

Absolutely terrible place to stay,the floor was dirty,mould growing on pictures on the wall,shower rail only fastened on at the top,mould around the sealant on the sink ,had tea coffee kettle,but no spoon to make it with ,I think they should pay us to stay there,only good thing was the safe to keep valuables in 🤷🤷 Oh the towels had holes in them too !!! Chair was all split n ragged too !

Room was quite spacious and easy to access. Hotel staff will replenish amenities for you daily too. Location is very near to a lot of places and there is a Villa Market just opposite should you need to get yourself to a convenient store. 10/10 would return again!

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in, the floors were filthy we only had one towel that was so old it was falling apart, the corridor ceiling was very mouldy and falling apart in places, the carpet was heavily stained,

Cockroaches. The whole village of it in my room on the first and second night. Their remedy was to send one guy with insecticide and spray the hell out of the room and expect me to continue sleeping in the same room UNTIL I INSISTED they change rooms for me after telling me initially the hotel was full. Overall a very bad experience.

This is my  second time stay at the same hotel it’s again beautiful area. Nice place location is perfect. You can Forward come back.

Good : - Good location if you have a car - Room is keeping sound, don’t hear anything - Near 7/11 and super market Bad : - The room is smell wet smell window - Not very clean

the most terrible staff in the world, the dirtiest hotel in Bangkok, this is unbearable, you need to be urgently closed and imprisoned by the staff and the owner, I will sue you for unsanitary conditions!!!

DONT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t stay here this hotel location is good but that’s the only good thing. in the first room there was two single beds where I asked for double. there was cockroaches in the room they change my room . in this room, the Aircon remote was broke. The room was dirty. The sink was blocked. I did get in touch with Trip about that only solution was really changing rooms again so just decided to stay in the room. Definitely don’t recommend anyone staying in this hotel. It shouldn’t be even be on the trip web site

I have nothing much to review here but this is the first and worst experience in Thailand so far..! I mean the hotel is lacks standard..! Found it very uncomfortable and unhygienic and in a desperate need for renovation.Thank you to the reception for changing my room following day however there wasn’t much to admire in the other room either as spend a night in a pest infested room full of aunts ..!

A good place to stay but need some changes in the hotel otherwise great to live

Need to change a new towel and change to a brand new one. Then fix the lights
