Hotel berhampiran Manila Polo Club, Makati

Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights. Location is good. Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

Booked Deluxe Suite and Horizon Club rooms, both rooms with access to Horizon club lounge. It was my mom 78th birthday, Mini cake and some freebies were in the room when we got in. Ms Rose from reservation/front desk was very accommodating and very patient to our requests and last minute changes. The horizon club lounge food and services offer to privilege guests were overflowing and mouthwatering. Ms Jean, the Manager and Ms Sandra were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff, namely JD, Argel, Jazz were polite and friendly. Chef Russel from Circles Cafe served us tasty omelet, spiral sausage and slice ham. Several food options breakfast hall. It’s was a great stay at Makati Shangrila.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Semenanjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan bilik telah diubah suai, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. Dia kelihatan begitu sombong dan mengecewakan. Hotel profesional, langsir gelap dibuat begini, aduhai! ! !

Stayed for a day only but had good experience, staffs are super kind, nice, willing to help you. And also I used gym and swimming pool, things are clean, well managed. The location is super convenient, when you just walk out of the hotel lobby, it’s greenbelt building3. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was, that even if I specified that I didn't want to be disturbed, they would call repeatedly on the phone to check if I needed cleaning service. If I didn't answer the phone they could call repeatedly until they got an answer.

Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

Location of the hotel is great, it located near good restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and comfortable The breakfast is okay, could be better The spa and pool are amazing

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. I booked the Premier Studio and it was much bigger and spacious than the Deluxe studio. The only problem is there wasn’t any couch to lounge on. Space was underutilized and there was a roundtable that doesn’t serve any purpose. It would’ve been perfect if there were any sofa or a small dining table (and chairs). Nonetheless, the Seda brand is very reliable.

A perfect place to stay with yor family! Definitely will stay again! It is a home away from home. What all you need is here. I’ll just wait for my Trip coins credited this coming June and will book again. Might celebrate my Dad’s birthday here. See you the soonest Alpha Suites! 🌈🤍
