We enjoyed our stay and the location is really convenient. There were restaurants adjacent to the property. Front desk also did not require me to give security deposit and were professional. We stayed at the 27th floor and room was clean and presentable. The room also had kitchenette with heater, electric stove, microwave. I just hope that they will add floor mats inside. Pool operates from 10am to 7pm and located at the roof deck/rooftop. Smoking area is at the 7th floor and kinda sketchy. Will recommend!

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. Front desk was very responsive and helpful with the ton of questions that I had. I also booked a massage at the hotel and it was awesome! Special thanks to Karylle, one of their account managers, and Edmar, from the maintenance staff who helped us during our conference. They are super helpful and responsive to our requests.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb on a weekend getaway shortly before the world fell apart. Booked on Agoda, prepaying around $65 SGD a night including a basic breakfast. Only 2 devices allowed for WiFi. Room was small but adequate. Only 1 towel provided despite booking for 2 adults - had to ask for the additional towel. Same problem again after cleaning on the 2nd day. Double bed with a very hard mattress. Combined shower/bath in bathroom. Some noise from slamming doors and aircon. Friendly staff. Friendly staff. Good location in the night-life area of Makati. About a 20 min walk to the malls.

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

Would come back. Cons lang(for me, our situation) is no modification, no cancellation. Pro ng no cancellation nila anytime na gusto mong mag stay sa hotel is pwede sa duration ng nabook mong araw. And napaka secure and safe ng system from booking to checking out sa hotel unlike other hotels. So very thumbs up.

There's so many things wrong with this hotel, but I'll just keep it short by only putting the majorly concerning ones in bullet points: • the electrical sockets are dangerous to use, some are completely broken, some let out a spark when plugged in • the showers are not functional, there are nights where there's no hot water, one of the knobs came off completely, exposing a fairly sharp metal bit under the knob • the paint added a bad smell to the room, don't know if it is toxic • there was a door with a simple flimsy lock between our neighbours' and our room. They were playing music and have guests late at night. We could hear everything. • all the rooms we have stayed in (3 in total) have had unusable safes. • ”kitchen” appliances: fridge smelled mouldy, kettle doesn't stop boiling until you unplug it. • toilet smelled like sewage and doesn't flush properly There are also little things like having no hooks for towels in the bathroom or mattress that clearly been around for decades. But I guess one man's trash is another's treasure. So suit yourself and I wish you all the best if you are staying there.

The apartment is big but not well Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old. It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up. There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned. It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC. Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome. The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work. I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice. One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy. The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are. I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.

I love Picasso Botique Serviced Residences — it is great place to stay.  The room is spacious, artistic and relaxing. The reservations team ( Ms. Jen and Ms. Cassie) are very accomodating and made the booking hassle free. There are also great nearby restaurants which is very recommendable. All in all, it is a perfect place.
