5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

Stayed here multiple times and would love to go back again. You get your money's worth with the service and the size of the room. Each room has a bath tub, if you're into that :) Also love their swimming pool and billiards area, and the privacy the area offers. It's also near Greenbelt (mall) and public parks. Would recommend just improving the breakfast menu (or rather the quality) so guests will get their money's worth more ;) Would also recommend looking into having a heater for the swimming pool so it's not too cold sometimes.

Had to stay overnight as Cebu airlines had flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything else seems disappointing. Service both at the counter and especially in the restaurant is very very poor. There were at-least 7 staff members standing talking and not doing much whilst I am the only person sat in the restaurant, I had to get my own menu and was ignored. I ordered waffles and waited 40 minutes while being the only person in the restaurant that had ordered food. When the food arrived it was nice but not worth the wait or being ignored for the duration of the wait. I asked one woman how long my food would be as I’d been waiting a while and she didn’t respond just nodded and spoke to another staff member about it and continued on without communicating or saying anything to me I hate sounding like a Karen but it’s just frustrating to have staff in such a nice establishment be so incapable. The only staff who were friendly and efficient were the doormen who were helpful and kind.

Lokasi yang sangat baik! Kakitangan Skygarden sangat baik dan mesra. Saya suka persediaan bilik - ia bersih tetapi atas sebab tertentu katilnya agak gatal. Saya juga menghadapi masalah dengan WIFI, nampaknya perlahan pada satu ketika. Tetapi keseluruhan penginapan adalah menyenangkan, saya ingin menempah lagi. 😊

Overall, the service was great. The receptionists were very courteous and friendly. The room we got was exceptionally clean. Complimentary drinks were available and the staff ensured that we had everything we needed. The buffet selections were ok and the food was set up on both sides of the dining area for easy access. My kid enjoyed the play area as well which had lots of toys inside. I wouldn't mind getting a second reservation at this place. Two thumbs up!
