Hotel Makati dengan Spa

The elevator is very terible. They have a lot of guests but only one elevator is working. It will take 20-30mins of waiting as so many people ahead of us wer waiting too… the rm was give to us was flooding of water from the ceiling. The sink iwas clogged up. No hot water in the shower. The tv they have is not a smart tv and twith worst reception. The good thing is  the staff wer all very friendly and accommodating but the place is not recommendable to stay

This is my first time to stay in New World Hotel and all I can say is that it’s perfect if you have plans to go around Greenbelt and Glorietta. Greebelt 3 is literally just a street away. Room amenities are a bit dated, and you can see that the one mirror is already dirty but all in all it did not affect the quality of my stay. Bed is great, room is spacious and the staff are all kind, welcoming and always greets you with a smile.

Our room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. Linens and beds were comfortable. With my kids and senior parents around, I found it easy to move around the hotel premises. Lightings and air ventilation were adequate too. Hotel staff were prompt, efficient and helpful. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience tailored to families with senior and small kids. 10/10

Good Dining Options: The on-site restaurants, particularly the Filipino cuisine, receive positive feedback. Guests have enjoyed the buffet breakfast for its variety and quality. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY AT‼️ This place is just superb in everything! The location is perfect, all staff were very amiable and attentive, and they reply so fast to any of your queries! We got there early because of my surgery, and they were very generous to accommodate us. Now the room—- it is more than what you pay for! I promise you that their affordable rate offers every necessity you would need. The room is very spacious with cooking and dining area, it’s clean and cozy. I rested after surgery with peace and calmness! Their bathroom is super clean with complete amenities! Even the bed is so soft, comfy and white! I love everything about Sphere! Thank you so much and i’ll be back soon!

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was, that even if I specified that I didn't want to be disturbed, they would call repeatedly on the phone to check if I needed cleaning service. If I didn't answer the phone they could call repeatedly until they got an answer.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Semenanjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan bilik telah diubah suai, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. Dia kelihatan begitu sombong dan mengecewakan. Hotel profesional, langsir gelap dibuat begini, aduhai! ! !

The housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attendant was excellent. He was prompt in his duties, kept the room super clean and well-informed about the services available at the hotel. He is a skilled converationalist. His supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro made sure that his staff served as well (quite good in overseeing his staff). Overall, the hotel met my expectations from the guards at the ground floor (extremely nice), concierge (attendants were most helpful) and reception (staff were friendly, efficient and helpful).

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

e service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.
