Al Kiswah Towers Hotel

The hotel is very nice. Room is okay. The reception staff is very cooperative. Seher especially helps to sort out all the process very quickly. She also helps to keep the luggage for a short period and she helped in check out. Thanks for that.

The hotel is great with great service. It is located near the Masjid Al haram.

Very nice

Good hotel and good location but no free parking

Al Kiswah Towers Hotel consists of five towers, and guests are divided into two categories: Online Booking Guests (e.g., via ***********): These guests are accommodated in Tower 1. The service is good, with more than three receptionists available. The lobby is well-maintained and comfortable. Tour Group Guests (including those booking via Trip.com): Unfortunately, the service for these guests is not as good. There is usually only one receptionist, leading to long check-in queues. Housekeeping did not clean or organize the room for three days. The room had five beds, despite booking for only three guests. Transportation & Location: Shuttle buses are available regularly, but due to the high number of guests, they are often overcrowded. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the Haram, taking around 20 minutes on foot. If using the shuttle, there is still a 1 km walk, taking about 15 minutes. The walking route includes steep inclines and is unsuitable for elderly guests or those with health conditions. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects but needs improvement in service quality, particularly for tour group guests. It is not ideal for elderly travelers due to its location.

No amenities at all anywhere, even no housekeeping to clean or take care, very crowded and unorganized, trying to cancel earlier made booking to rebook at hotel with higher rates.
