Ulasan Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were amazing—proactive, professional, and always ready to assist. The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!

Good hotel and the manger for the hotel is good man And the room service is good

Great service from the receiving counter to the restaurant. Also, there is a frequent shuttle between hotel and nearby Masjidil Haram which makes the distance shorter .

It was the best experience the is very cooperative and specially the chef gulam he makes the best eggs. I’ll book again inshaAllah. Rooms are clean and few minutes walk to haram very close

Amazing hotel, service is above and beyond, bad location, decent shuttle service. I recommend Only going to Haram throughthe bus, not thw golf cart neither on foot.

Stayed for one night. Not impressed as our room was re assigned again by mistake, which was shocking. Apology received by reception.

Location is about 10minutes walking distance to Masjidil Haram and they provide free buggy and bus shuttle service to the Haram. Rooms are spacious & comfortable bed.

HAD A LOVELY TIME STAYING AT MARRIOTT ITS AN AMAZING HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICE EVERYTHING WAS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEEDED ANYTHING. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS GREAT EVERY 2-3 mins continuously. REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF U ARE STAYING WITH FAMILY. ❤️❤️

It was overall average, room was spacious and relatively clean and happy with the stay. 2 main issues concerned me 1. Many children and adults were making alot of noise throughout the night and despite calling guest relations to ready this, it still continued disrupting my sleep. 2. Don't go for the in-dining service, they didn't provide a dining table and my food went cold, despite asking for a refund for not providing a full service, they refused and tried to cover themselves up.

Excellent hotel and services. Nice staff. A bit expensive. Wheelchair was difficult as coming back from Haram was uphill. There are frequent shuttle carts but still a walk to Haram due to construction and aceess management of haram.

Very smooth check-in, although we arrived early. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious, clean, and new. They provide shuttle bus to the Al-Haram area, so convenient! Very quiet hotel and one can feel the luxury.
