Ulasan Emaar Grand Hotel

Very congested room with very small single beds ,i had ordered standard double room but they alot us 4seater room with very small single bed which are very uncomfortable .cleaniness is not very good .very disappointing .i requested trip.com to cancel or modify my booking as i was very disappointed by this room in which we cannot adjust properly but no satisfactory reply from trip.com also ,as i am diamond tier member i had multiple bookings with trip.com but they disappointed me as well.

Plus point - near to haram, hardly 7 minutes wal, quick check in and supportive staff. Negative - breakfast - not tasty as such, room size smaller with limited mobility if you are three or more, smaller washrooms.

I enjoyed with this hotel and a fantastic service provided to me during my stay.

The experience was really good. The staff, the rooms and the service all were top notch. 100% recommended.

hotel was good also the location but service was really bad specially the front desk.the man was really rude to me and my family.was nit giving us the rooms keep saying i have no booking.he was keep saying my booking is fake and trip.com rubbed us.he was acting like ladies.

Had a bad stay at the hotel 1. AC broken 2. When asked to fix the AC takes 2 hours to come 3. Tell me it’s fixed but problem starts again in 30 mins 4. After going back and fourth for a while finally decided to change rooms 5. When moved into room bathroom wasn’t cleaned 6. Safe was unable to use so took them another 2 hours to fix 7. Locked out of room for an hour had to go downstairs 3x to get someone to come open the door 8. Because of these guys mess ups, I missed many salaahs in the haram

Great place, I would stay there with my family again. Close to Haram - friendly staff and good amenities.

Everything was very good but room service was not good they don’t clean toilet and change sheets regularly

Excellent location for the Masjid Al-Haram, Hotel exterior was too good and their prayer hall was too good Masha Allah but the rooms are too small for the 3 beds and 4 beds. The toilets are too smaller than my office lift 😔 not convenient for taking shower etc.

Not as per Expexctation. The Hotel is a 3 * & Not a 5 * hotel. The Conntact number given is wrong & no one picks the phone. The Intercom also is not answered & no proper information in the rooms on how to call the Reception / Housekeeping Location is good but could not take taxi till the hotel as roads were closed. Had to carry Luggage walking for 5 mins. Restaurant charging 50 SAR for the buffet is not worth it. Bathrooms are very smnall. Showers broken . Not enough tolietries provoded.

Excellent value for money hotel. Location: Great Easy access on the main road. Straight level no hills. Middle of vibrant shopping area (small shops). Price; Outstanding It was very cheap compared to many other hotels nearby. Amenities: Very good Overall: Excellent, highly recommended

Very good location 10 to 15 min walk close to all the amneties They need to work on there Services but i think rhings work like this in this area

The place is good but the location is about 10-15 mins away from Haram. Especially when you have a baby pram or a wheel chair, the road is super busy and crowded. As the general people don't have any sense of pedestrian, disabled people or people with special needs then don't book this hotel. Try to get something close to Haram.
