Hotel berhampiran Taman Mahbas Jin, Makkah

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

Secara keseluruhan ia adalah pengalaman yang baik. Lokasi di dalam zam zam tower mall jadi sangat dekat untuk berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram dan juga mudah untuk membeli barangan dan makanan. Proses daftar masuk daftar keluar agak cepat. Ruang solat yang luas dan bersih juga. Terima kasih kepada pasukan pengemasan ( arafat dan permata) yang bekerja dengan pantas dan sangat membantu untuk memastikan bilik kami bersih. Walau bagaimanapun terdapat beberapa nota: 1. Lif tidak terus turun ke bawah, anda perlu menukar lif di M2 (lobi hotel) jadi mengambil masa untuk turun ke bawah. 2. Tidak semua lif berfungsi, ada yang keluar untuk perkhidmatan selama berhari-hari malah saya terperangkap dalam salah satu lif 3. Restoran kelihatan seperti kurang kakitangan. Lebih-lebih lagi jika anda bersarapan selepas jam 7 pagi. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangan membantu dan baik 4. Ia mengambil masa setengah jam untuk membawa bagasi saya dengan troli apabila kami mendaftar keluar pada pukul 9 pagi (bukan pada waktu sibuk). Saya perlu menghubungi kakitangan concierge yang berbeza untuk membawa bagasi saya di L1 (lobi kereta). Mungkin kerana tiada lif khusus untuk troli, maka ia mengambil masa yang lebih lama.

I booked a one night stay on the Accor website at Movenpick Makkah after arriving from Madinah. It was a welcome respite from staying at local brand hotels since coming to Makkah and Madinah for Haj. Check in was a wonderful experience due to the efficiency of Ms Adeer, Front Desk Exec. It was great she spoke fluent English and had the most cheerful demeanour. When she saw I was an Accor Member upon check in, she upgraded me to a nice Al Haram view without me asking. Appreciate the great job you did Ms Adeer. A sincere thanks from me. It took me just a few minutes before I was on my way to my room. I was given room 2432 which had a nice big king sized bed. Despite the hotel being over 10 years old, I found the room to be very well maintained and it didn’t feel dated at all. It’s contemporary feel remained fresh. The bed was super comfortable and I liked it had a kitchenette nook that had a small induction cooker and sink. My only gripe was the tiny shower area. The room had a nice view of Al Haram piazza and the new Al Haram extension. The stay came with breakfast included so I headed to the restaurant right after morning prayers. The breakfast spread was already ready by 6am. I was shown a table by Mr Arshad, who got me my coffee and helped to show me personally the breakfast spread. They had a good selection of local and international breakfast dishes. The Restaurant Manager, Mr Sameer, suggested I try the Egyptian porridge and was kind enough to make me one personally himself. Mr Sameer was attentive to all the guests not just me. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and was most impressed with level of service in all my interaction with the Movenpick team. One can see the level of training re. service between an international brand hotel in Makkah and a local brand. The level of service of Movenpick Makkah rivals any hotel one would visit in London, Paris, New York or Singapore. Well done! 5 stars and highly recommended. Once again shoutout to Ms Adeer, Mr Arshad and Mr Sameer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Kakitangan hotel ramah dan membantu, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik dan sangat mudah jika anda ingin melakukan Umrah dengan anak-anak kerana lokasinya betul-betul di hadapan Al Haram.

Penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan di hotel yang indah ini. Kakitangan mesra, tersenyum dan luar biasa secara profesional (sebutkan untuk Syed Shahid). Alamin sentiasa meninggalkan bilik tanpa noda dan wangi. Sarapan layan diri, dengan masakan dunianya, sungguh luar biasa! Saya sangat mengesyorkan Jumeirah tanpa sebarang keraguan! Hotel ini terletak 2 minit dari Masjidil Haram dengan akses terus dengan menyeberang melalui Eskalator, terdapat sebuah masjid di hotel yang bersambung dengan haram. Kami akan kembali insyaAllah!! This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

Hotel ini adalah menara nombor 8 yang kelihatan seperti sebuah pangsapuri dahulu. Sangat mewah, dengan banyak lif dan kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang mesra di lobi. Kami mempunyai sebahagian pemandangan menara jam yang bagus. Mereka menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi yang enak, restoran dan pilihan tempat makan di dalam bilik, namun, masa menunggu untuk telur dan penkek terlalu lama. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik, 5-10 minit menunggu dan yang boleh menjadi gila semasa waktu sibuk. Orang ramai berpusu-pusu untuk menjadi setiap orang untuk dirinya sendiri seperti yang anda akan lihat di negara dunia ketiga. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik adalah 10-15 minit ke Masjidil Haram dan kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram. Saya lebih suka untuk berada lebih dekat dengan masjid lain kali dan dalam jarak 5 -10 minit berjalan kaki kerana untuk solat di masjid memerlukan lebih awal kira-kira 1 jam sebelum itu jika anda ingin solat di hadapan Ka'bah dan boleh membuat seseorang malas untuk pergi. berulang alik kerana jauh dan menunggu pengangkutan.

excellent room stay, great city view, excellent buss service as buses are new and running 24/7 and the WIFI is also good. Good cleanliness and staff behavior is also good. Hotel is big so it is busy but everything is smooth
