Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

The hotel has a fantastic location in regards to the Haram entrance. That's the only advantage. The rooms are very small and very congested. Windows do not open. Drains smell. Fridge stinks. Low water pressure. Carpets are dusty. It's very confusing to get to the hotel when guests first arrive. We ended up walking throughout the mall with our luggage looking for direction. The breakfast is very generic. Lots of canned products. Limited. Often stale and dry stuff.

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

this hotel was 0.6km from haram. Literally at our door step. Its entrance to the new part of the masjid which is soo good. Its rooms are spacious and they are child friendly. I got a travel cot provided for free. If I return I will 100% look at this hotel first.

The smell of the room and bathroom is very bad Elevators are very crowded I will not repeat the visit again

Odayı tek başıma kullanabilmem güzel bi imkan. Odalar güzel ve temiz. Çalışanları ilgili. Hareme günde gidiş geliş 12 kadar sefer var. Ancak odalarda saç kurutma makina bulunmuyor.
