Ulasan SO/ Maldives

I checked Ctrip app for months to find a suitable resort for my honeymoon, and luckily I chose SO! It's our first time to visit Maldives, yet the resort staff made everything convenient for us. Before we started the journey, the staff contacted us through email to inform us of the transport details. We were picked up at Velana International Airport by the staff members of SO. The transfer by speedboat had amazing seaviews! We enjoyed the view. It only took 15min to get to the island. On the first night, we were welcomed with delicious dessert, fruits and champagne. Drinking champagne in the spacious water villa really reminded me of romantic movie scenes. We slept well with the peaceful sound of waves. The next morning, and every morning thereafter on the island, we tried different food at The Citronella Club. The waiters are patient and nice, bringing what we needed timely. Not only the private swimming pool in each room is clear, but also the public swimming pool is clean and cozy. I enjoyed swimming there every day, despite the rain. The only pity during our vacation is the bad weather. Being unaware of the local climate, we came in the rainy season. It almost rained every day! One day the wind got so strong and overwhelming that my newly bought drone fell to the ocean. I was so sad that I cried on the beach. Our butler Khim offered help and asked the security members to search for it. Although my device wasn't found, I appreciate your kind favor. That's the best hotel service I have ever had, after years of overseas travels! And on the last day of our journey, there was a storm all day. I told the butler that I was afraid we might feel dizzy if taking a boat in such a terrible weather. She comforted me and asked a staff member to give us seasick pills. The staff sent them immediately and told us how to use. They helped us to pick and deliver the luggages, so we had nothing to worry about. The seasick pills worked and we were comfortable throughout the trip. After taking the speedboat to the airport, a staff picked our luggages and accompanied us all the way to the check-in counter. I never imagined a hotel service could be so detailed! We don't bother checking out the schedule. We just need to relax and enjoy our day! We look forward to coming again when the weather is better. Thanks to SO/ Maldives, I had sweet memories here!

Perfect!!! Butler Ahsan is best. He was so kind and nice. All the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent. I really want to go again next year on vacation. After checking out, I was touched by the kind handling of the airport movement, airport procedures, luggage movement, and farewell greetings.

Lovely new hotel! Very fashionable design and clean. I can see the stingray sometimes nearby my villa. Better to choose ocean room instead of lagoon as it faces male and it’s quiet bright at night

The breakfast was good, service should be better which i main they were late I'm many things, the staff were welcoming us.

服務：一般般吧，感覺淡季人手不夠，不過公共泳池的那個小胖態度相當好，很專業 環境：新島植物和魚都不多，勝在設施新，離機場近 設施：新 住着很舒服 值得一提的是東西好吃，亞洲餐廳很出色，吃了幾天都不膩！

아이들과 함께 몰디브 여행을 계획하며 한 달 동안 고민한 끝에 선택한 소몰디브에서 너무 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 음식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 수질도 훌륭했고, 숙소 앞을 지나가는 가오리와 거북이 덕분에 더욱 행복한 여행이 되었습니다. 정말 멋진 추억이 될것 같아요

除了太貴 其他都超級好 絕美海景

房間很新 ，服務很好，特別是接送機服務，酒店餐廳品種偏少也沒有商店，水上活動還是偏少。

風景很不錯，管家也很貼心

Overall loved this resort!! Our coordinated Ahsan was truly the heart of our experience. He worked with us on booking excursions and making reservations for dinners & events we wanted to attend. The resort itself is truly stunning & the rooms were beautiful and cleaned often. I would note for meals and drinks, gratuity is already included. I didn’t catch that the first few rounds and double tipped. Which is okay when you’re on vacation I suppose. But I’d rather save that tip money for the people like Ahsan who helped as the go to contact for the entire trip, or the men from the excursions who showed us a great time. And don’t forget about the “little guys” who come in and clean the rooms day after day. They are probably very under appreciated and tipped by far. The food was absolutely incredible!! I have food restrictions and allergies and they were amazing at accommodating me. I never felt deprived and the food far surpassed myself & my friends expectations for an all inclusive style resort. Chefs kiss!! I’m taking off one star as there were a few excursions advertised that we weren’t able to book since there were not enough people. Also for the sunset dolphin cruise, we understood there was no guarantee to see dolphins (Mother Nature and all) but it was a dolphin and champagne cruise and we only got two half glasses of champagne. For an hour and a half, if we’re not seeing the “main event” at least provide drinks to keep guests happy and occupied. Last note is that they include one drink in our package, but it was only during happy hour which was limited from I believe 5:30-6:30. We were either getting back or getting ready for excursions this time of day & not once in 7 days did we use this. I’d suggest having the drink available for guests at ANY time of day. That would have been wonderful to have when we could actually get one. Overall a gorgeous resort with amazing staff! We loved our stay & would definitely recommend.
