Absolutely the best experience. The service is phenomenal. Everyone on the staff deserves kudos for making it the perfect experience. Asa, Rocky, Veka, Levenia, Sammy, Freddy, Philly all worked hard to make everything perfect. So some specifics: Let's start with what some people have said is a problem. I disagree. This is a remote island with rooms right on the cost. The bathroom is open-air and connects outdoors. Yes, things are weathered. Yes, you may share a bathroom with a gecko. None of those things should discourage you. That is the reason you go to a resort like this and don't stay at the large chain where every room is exactly the same. Everything here is clean as can be! The rooms opening up to the outdoors is perfect for taking in the beauty of the island. If you are afraid someone will look into your room, close the blinds, but there are only five rooms, no one is looking! Now what makes it special. the staff will all know your name. We celebrated our anniversary and Asa researched the color associated with that anniversary and set up a special table overlooking the ocean decked out with the color. Every day they would take us to a different place to snorkel, have lunch on a sandbar or private island, and set up a private beach to watch the sunset. Have a traditional Kava ceremony. It was all perfect and we felt like family. Vinaka.

The staff was friendly. We booked a Family Villa through Tripadvisor Plus for 2 nights. Our flight on Fiji air was scheduled to arrive at 6AM in the morning. They held the room for us and it was ready when we arrived at 7AM. Room was ground level. The staff moved us to a Villa closer to the dining and pool because my wife walks with a cane and a shorter walking distance is better for her. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

Funky fish is the perfect place if you sre in Fiji for surfing, diving, or just relaxing, and you are on budget. The staff is simply awesome, so familiar, and you get to experience the local vibes, which are more difficult to experience if you are in a big resort. The pool area is perfect to relax and the meals are great. The beachfront bures are simple but enough for sleeping and taking a shower. Beds are big and comfy.

Its business suites - includes kitchen and laundry in room. Always great to have these services. Beach isnt much, think walk along rather than swim. This is one of 3-4 hotels in a row beachfront. Guests primarily those passing thru to islands, backpackers and groups. The hotels’ beachfront bars were quiet during week in May but came alive for weekend. Restaurant on top floor had great views. Service very slow in restaurants of all these hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia. A wonderful stay here for a mother and adult daughter. Very relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy. So refreshing these days! And, they remembered us day to day, something you don't see very often. Meals were outstanding, and the system they use to get visitors checked in and checked out when time to go is seamless. A magical place; we didn't want to leave!

因為轉機，所以需要在斐濟住宿一晚，很好的體驗。房屋非常乾淨整潔、安靜温馨，兩間卧室，我們四口之家能輕鬆入住。傢俱家電都有，還有我們常用到的廚房電器和餐具，衹是我們沒有時間嘗試做飯。位置很好，附近超市中餐廳都有，距機場也很近很方便。老闆是中國人，交流也很順暢，介紹周邊環境和幫我們聯繫出租，很貼心，有機會還會再來的。
