Special thanks to Mr. Bhagat Ram and Mr. Amit kumar for all the services. Location is very good specially room balcony view with river. Complete staff is very friendly and trained. Rooms are very good and clean. Once again thanks for the services.

The room was superb. Facilities were good. Food buffet was excellent. Services from the staff was very good as well. Highly recommended. The river view is amazing. We came in July 2024, so there was no snow and less people. If you’re less into crowded areas, now is the best time to travel. Otherwise this place is fully booked from Oct-June onwards. Peak season.

It was amazing stay in Mastiff grand hotel. Food quality was fantastic and the staff in restaurant ensure that you eat well . Mr Atul, Mr Harish and Mr Bhagat Ram, absolutely commendable service. My wife having Fast and they get prepared food without onion in buffet system. Really a kind gesture to ensure a pleasent stay at hotel. Excellent work by entire hotel staff. Thankyou for all your excellent service.

Very very good property... We visited here in june and the weather was awesome here.Complete ambience is very good... All staff members r very polite.Its a must visit resort...
