Tui Blue Xanthe Resort & Spa

We had an amazing time at The Xanthe recently. Staff were wonderful (attentive, relaxed even when busy and friendly) and for those concerned, we had no issue understanding their English. The all inclusive food choice was amazing, different choices every meal! Berkan and his female counter part (didn't catch her name) were amazing in the evenings and make THE best cocktails. Rooms were clean and comfortable with the mini fridge restocked daily and house keeping daily if required. The indoor pool area was clean and well kept and the pool temperature great. The beach bar was great, weather dependent obviously! Accessibility to the malls is great and a 5 minute walk. We had a really lovely time and are already looking to book to return. Unfortunately we were approached by other guests encouraging us to complain but we really have nothing to complain about!! If you're thinking about visiting....definitely do!

We went as a present for my birthday, they gifted me a bottle of wine and a cake for my birthday. Our room was lovely on the top floor with a view that over looked the pools and surrounding area as well as a view out to the beach/ocean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire week., some of them even became accustomed to our faces and remembered our favourite drinks orders! The food was delicious and we had a wide variety every day for the length of our stay. We even tried out the A La Carte restaurant as we got a free visit included in our all inclusive deal, this was delicious! The surrounding area was quite nice with lots of markets, shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also the ancient ruins of Side that a just a short and very cheap bus ride away from the hotel. Such a great experience and we shall definitely be back again!

my family and i had a great time. the staff is really nice and friendly. at the pool my family and i played a lot of water polo with the entertainers which was really fun. the entertainers are really thoughtful about including everyone especially samet talked us into the activities which were a beautiful experience in the end so i’m really thankful for that. in the evening there is a big program for every night including games and music from the dj. we were never bored there and had a good time. the rooms were always clean and the food was really good.

generally I really liked the hotel.but Animation was really good , we are enjoyed our vacation, lot of thanks Samet from animation he made our vacation more funny , you have nice beach in the hotel and nice pools , you should definitely try slides in hotel

Arriving after midnight was no bother, staff had a polite manner and thought about us beforehand p.s got shown where everything was in the room, Including the mini bar consisting of different fizzy drinks and water and how to operate the AC. Personally I wasn’t fussed over the breakfast offerings as I don’t like eggs, cereal and yogurt wasn’t for me. However the lunch and dinner was brilliant, lots of variety including: beef, chicken, kebab, pasta, salads etc and appeared adequate for fussy eaters. The facilities the hotel has to offer are satisfactory, everywhere looked clean thanks to the cleaners which took their time to thoroughly tidy rooms each day contributing to a greater experience. Rooms were slightly different to the pictures online although nothing major. Balcony was a slight disappointment as didn’t have the best view on the front side, nevertheless we were rarely in the room enough to make use of it. Atmosphere in the hotel was great and looked professional. The 5 pools, consisting of one indoor pool around the hotel look nice and the sun-beds are comfortable to be on throughout the daytime. Multiple bars including a cafe are available to get drinks from when the restaurant is closed and are nearby the pools, meaning you don’t have to walk far and staff are always there ready to serve. Staff occasionally bring trolleys with drinks, snacks and Ice-lollies beside sun-beds so you can stay hydrated and refreshed. A small shop is also available onsite nearby pool bar, however it is quite expensive but has most things you’ll need. Cats also hang around that specific area and are great when treating them with respect. Slides are open from 8:00 till 19:00 and are good for adults and kids alike. The beach a few minutes walk away from the hotel, has a easily accessible beach bar which is great to grab a drink or snack from whilst using the included sun-beds by the beach or after activities such as water-sports.

We have just returned from a week at TUI Blue Xanthe. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed ourselves. We were happy with the welcome from the receptionist and he was very helpful taking us to our room which was supplied with a stocked mini bar and fruit. We were disappointed that it was so hard to get subbed unless you got up at 5:30 to reserve a sunbed. We refused to do this and always managed to find odd sunbeds to put together on the grass area by the slides. The choice of pools were good and my son especially liked the slides and pool bar. My son is 6years old and was able to go on all the slides on his own which made his holiday. My son went to kids club but due to no English kids there he didn’t want to return but the male rep was very accommodating and made him feel welcome and included. He chose to join in with all the activities around the pool such as shuffle board, bowls, survivor, football and pool bar games. I was very impressed with the entertainment that was provided in the day. The TUI reps were friendly and always included my son even though they spoke little English. The hotel is predominately German which we are not used to. My son’s favourite was football everyday and the reps that did this were brilliant as you can see. I joined in with yoga, stretch and relax, dancing by the Olympic pool and really enjoyed this the TUI rep that did these sessions was friendly and welcoming. There was a lot of different food options such as pool bar, restaurant and beach bar. My son’s highlight was the children’s food area in the restaurant which allowed him to help him self. He also loved the lady who made flat bread with chocolate every lunch time. The puddings in the restaurant were delicious and so many to choose from especially the Turkish ones. The evening entertainment was good such as an African dance show and balloon modelling show but some evenings were average such as live band. We flew home on a night flight and the hotel were very accommodating letting us check out at 12pm and use the spa for a shower at 5pm. Overall we had a lovely holiday.
