Ulasan RedDoorz Near Pnr Espana Station

The room was clean and the service was good I reached the place by bus and the hotel was just near by to the bus terminal. I booked a grab taxi and it only costed me 80 pesos to reach the hotel

There’s a leaked of water in near bathroom. Uncomfortable. The room is cheap. Just so-so. Can’t recommend the hotel.

The service is quite bad because when we ask for help personally for the cancellation and refund procedure of a non refundable booking they said we should ask for assistance in Trip.Com customer service but as per TRIP.COM’s statement the property didn’t want to negotiate because of non refundable policy.It was an honest mistake on our part that we accidentally booked the room twice on a same day but they should’ve have help us get a refund and understand the situation since it’s just an honest mistake and no one will use the other room. Aside from a poor service there’s a leaked on the floor and we don’t know where it came from and we cant sleep well because of the noise outside.

Good place to stay on a budget. Everything is as you would expect. Staffs are friendly, main gate is locked in the night. Amenities nearby

Location is good. Staff are helpful and are very nice. Recommendable. The place is near mrt station and transpo is convenient. There are so many food shops nearby the hotel. Cheaper than other hotels.

Nice stay for board exam takers. Budget friendly and very homey yung itsura niya. Malinis, working aircon and ref. May time lang na maingay pero tolerable naman nung stay namin.

The staff seemed to understand and seemed apologetic. A clean room and helpful staff for any questions and transportation assistance..a a bit hard to get to by the PNR a grab taxi or bike is the best option ☺️

Easy check-in, attentive staff, fresh water tank for drinking, good WiFi, and access to public transport. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bank atms within walking distance. Red Doorz as a brand is great but this location is plagued by terrible neighbors. The people next door run some dog breeding business. They keep 5+ dogs in cages outside at night who bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to call the police on my seventh night at 02:00am because the barking just wouldn’t stop and I had an early morning the next day. I’d recommend Red Doorz as a brand but unfortunately this location ****** because of the neighbors. If you value your sleep don’t stay at this location. 5/5 for everything else.. The neighbors will sour this branch’s reputation. Management should look into this.

location is not good for me

The place is good if you are looking for a place to stay for the night. I would say long term stay would be okay if you will frequently go out during your stay. The only concern is that rooms are not sound proof. Noise (convo and all) can be heard outside the room and vice versa. Other than that, we had a great stay.
