Terletak di Chinatown. Kawasan yang sangat sibuk, banyak kedai dan restoran. 30 minit berjalan kaki dari Intramuros: Katedral Manila, Fort Santiago, tapak UNESCO Gereja San Agustin dll. Deposit 2000PHP diperlukan semasa daftar masuk dan dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar. Uncang teh dan kopi tidak disediakan di dalam bilik. Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The pool is good, but the administration department could be more accommodating, especially for foreigners. The process to pay the pool fee can be frustrating, as they prioritize lengthy transactions first. While this is within their rights, it would be better to allocate a cashier for shorter transactions. The toiletries and towels are good, but it would be nice if they could add comforters and bedsheets for the pull-out bed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will return.

Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

I gave it a three for cleanliness because the toilet had a very strong sewage smell. I was told this was ”normal” but okay. The location is great and lots of bars and restaurants around, and only 30 min to the large shopping mall. Overal I was happy with the stay and would recomend this to my family or friends.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

I recently stayed at the Savoy Hotel Manila and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and the hotel offered excellent amenities like a delicious breakfast, a well-equipped fitness center, and a very clean pool. The location was very convenient as it is near NAIA. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality.

Booked Kingsford Hotel Manila for pre-advance Mothers Day celebration with my family last May 11 to 12 and i could definitely say it's all worth it ❤️❤️❤️. Checking in and out will just take a couple of minutes ( if there was no long queue). They also give priorities to Senior citizens, pwds, pregnant and those with babies/toddlers. Thumbs up to all the very accommodating staff ☺️❤️ - from the guards at the entrance, the Bellboys who attended to me immediately, Ms. Jessica at the front desk who gave me options for available rooms closest to my requests (understandably, the hotel is jam-packed at that time for Mothers Day),Mr. Roy and his companions who assisted us with our luggages and who gamely posed for my requested video ❤️ , the housekeeping staff for sending the crib & bathrobes I requested and Ms. Angel of the Guest Services whom I first inquired to before I booked. We love our room 😍. Though I wasn't able to get the Deluxe Twin with Okada view, Ms. Jessica was very kind to offer us another option, the Deluxe Queen which is on the 18th (the highest floor), but still with the pool, the main road and a slight view of Okada ❤️. Thanks so much again Ms. Jessica ❤️❤️❤️. The room was very neat and simply beautiful. I so love the floor to ceiling window and all the view including the coastal road 😁. Love your very comfy couch, the carpet ❤️. There's a TV, a mini ref, phone, clothes rack (instead of a cabinet), 2 hair dryers (which I wasn't able to use - not functioning), the usual slippers, safe & a basket for laundry I guess. AC can be controlled too. Since its Mothers Day, i was also expecting a lot of people in the pool area, 😁. Fortunately we enjoyed swimming since the water has just the right temperature. Not too cold, not too warm. I just wish they installed more pool umbrellas during that time I didn't have a review for breakfast since we opted not to get one (for the reason that I'm expecting a long queue during breakfast buffet 😁). Reheating has a fee of P500 if you want your own food to be reheated. Bringing of food and drinks is allowed - a plus!😁❤️ Location is accessible and near to malls - Ayala Mall by the Bay, MOA. Okada is just about 5 minutes walk of which we took advantage of and went back to hotel. Overall - We truly enjoyed our stay and recommends this 4- star hotel for staycations 😍 and will book again 😍 Thank you very much Kingford Hotel Manila ❤️❤️❤️
