Hotel Reddoorz di Manila

We stay there for 3 days. Our experience is good, because the room is clean and good air-condition. The place is very near to lrt station (Vito Cruz). Also near in Ninyo Aquino Stadium and Robinson's Manila. Highly recommend for those who seek for budget friendly hotel in manila.

This time the room that we booked— it’s telephone is out of order, the toilet has blockage, the ac in room creates statics, the lower floor creates loud noises. It was not a good experience to us. However, this is the first that this happened to us in this hotel so we just shrugged it off. Suki kasi kami dito sa hotel na ito because of its cheap price yet comforting hotel to stay in that’s why we let it slide. 😆

I got to stay here because I'm ordered to follow protocol entering the country. I have to be quarantined for couple of days. However, I encountered couple of issues that I think I need to address with. 1. When my flight was cancelled I wasn't given the opportunity to reschedule my date of arrival. Imagine how exhausting it is after a long flight to call agency after agency to get another connecting flights. I had to call to reschedule/cancel swab testing coz of the cancelled flight. I had to call the hotel in manila (RedDoorz near Quiapo Church) to bypass and to consider rescheduling the date of my arrival because it was so hard to get connected with an agent over the phone but it wasn't granted. So I ended up paying a night of a room without even staying in there. 2. The front desk who checked me in was rude, not even helpful at all. I asked her when I checked in if there's a WIFI. She said its in the back of my key. When I got to my room. I checked the back of my key. It's a combination of number. I know I'm not blind but it never goes through. I called her and she said that's the only password she could give me. I called her again in an hour and she keeps saying the same thing so I gave up since its 2 in the morning and I just decided to fix everything tomorrow when I wake up. 3. I called the front desk about the same issue from the evening. They said the WIFI password is only located at the back of my room key. And they said they will try to look for something else and will call me back. 2 hours passed nobody called me. I had to go downstairs regardless I'm on 'quarantine' because no one seems to be helpful at all. Caught them laughing and chitchatting in the lobby when I'm struggling to get access to WIFI to settle some things to do with appointments etc. A nice lady came to my room and help me access the WIFI. It was quick. I asked her how she did it, She said there's a different WIFI password the management just happen to change it long ago and the password at the back of my key is so outdated. So I was speechless. From the night to the afternoon I was told the same thing that it was just at the back of the key. 4. I noticed 2 small cockroaches in my room which I don't really find it disturbing but for a business a running a hotel its a big NO NO NO. 5. My second night was horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt something was crawling in my back. I was too tired and sleepy to care for it. About a couple of minutes my oranges that was just sitting in the table fell out from the plastic bag. I find it strange but I was damn tired. Later this morning I found out that there's a rat bite in my orange, my cheez whiz and even the soap that I placed in the bathroom sink had a bite on it. I called the FD and someone came in to my room. I was shocked to be asked by a guard to check if there's a visible hole anywhere in my room. He told me that how would a rat came in to my room when its all closed. I'm assuming he is not think

they do not have a parking space for client or guest. i paid extra just to park my car around the vicinity and it is far from my place. the hotel is near train station that is why it is very noisy until the station is close and will be loud again in the morning when it open. the room is spacious but the AC is ver small even you put it in a very max power it is still average. it is still good if you just want to have a short night stay. at least its is clean.

The location are good there is no elevator but the staff are good they have a helping hand even if your room is in the top of the building and the safetyness of the customers are good because it is located in a remote area

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön und ich denke das man dieses hotel weiterempfehlen kann ohne Probleme zu haben wurde vom ersten Tag an das angenehme weiter gegeben und an die Gäste gebracht. Eine empfehlenswerte Sache das Angebot an Wellness und Massagen alles für Körper und Geist das hotel ist sehr Familienfreundlich. Man kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

2007年7月我在這家酒店住了3個晚上,一切都很好。我們住在馬尼拉麻海灣的那一邊,頂層,日落非常非常壯觀。房間里有電視和中央空調,都很好。員工非常彬彬有禮、友好和禮貌。唯一不好的是,這裏的城管要我們為停在酒店前面的那輛我們租來的汽車,每天支付大約20西元(大約RMB136元)停車費。

部屋自体は満足です。温かいお湯もしっかり出ます。ただ、部屋の電気が一つ切れている、バスタオルは一つしか用意しないなど、基本的なサービスができていません。さらには、部屋の掃除も言わない限りやってもらえません。極めつけは、ロビーには誰もいないことで、なんなら警備員さえいないため、誰でも勝手にホテル内に入って来られる状態となっています。こんなホテルは見たことがありません。ちなみに、夜になるとホテルから50メートルぐらい離れたゲートに鍵が閉められてしまうため、夜中に戻ってくると大変なことになります。今のこの状況では、二度と泊まらないでしょう。

overall okay naman kaso ung bedsheeet nila sakto lang sa bed kapag gumalaw sumasama. annoying lang kasi panay hila mo para maayos, sana nxt time d na ganun.
