Planet Hotel

Really lovely hotel opposite the Ferrari factory and within walking distance to the museum and the centre of Maranello. Good size room with a comfortable bed a nice shower and a good breakfast. The bar serves great cocktails too.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Junior Suite on the 5th floor. With two beds in the loft, Queen bed on the main floor, large bathroom, and spacious balcony, we found plenty of space to relax and unwind. We found the room to be clean as were the common areas. The gentleman who checked us in was very personable and made us feel welcome. There is a parking garage in the hotel basement; as in much of Europe, the spaces are tight and require patience to navigate (check-in first before entering garage). The elevator area in the garage isn’t very pleasant; however, the lobby and the rest of the hotel is pleasant. The hotel and furniture is somewhat dated; however, it is maintained well as is the housekeeping. The hotel is energy efficient in that your key card must be inserted into a wall mounted card reader by the door for the power to be turned on. Also, the bathroom window and balcony door must be closed and locked for the AC to operate. This is a negative since when you leave the room (taking your key) there is no power to the room and thus the AC does not operate. On a hot day, the room heats up while you’re away. We found that the AC unit labored to keep us cool; we were fortunate that the weather was not very warm when we stayed (could be an issue in very warm weather). The hotel provides guests with plenty of towels, slippers, and amenities such as combs and essential toiletries. We found the beds comfortable; the balcony outstanding; and the overall value high. Complimentary breakfast was decent with croissants, pastries, meats/cheeses, fruit juices, cakes, coffee, etc. Distance to the center of town is a short easy 5-10 minute walk; several restaurant options close by. There is also an on-site restaurant. Perfect spot for Ferrari fans as Test Drive tour operators and the Museum are a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. Not perfect, but a very good option for staying in Maranello.

Con la mia famiglia ho soggiornato in questo Hotel: molto confortevole, situato di fronte ai cancelli dei mitici stabilimenti della Ferrari, personale molto attento alle esigenze, camere spaziose e ben pulite, comodissimo il parcheggio privato dell'hotel sotterraneo alla struttura. Abbiamo usufruito solo di trattamento con pernottamento e prima colazione che la si fa al bar dell'albergo (che è anche aperto a clienti esterni dell'Hotel). Personalmente va bene solo per qualche notte: a Maranello, oltre alla Ferrari ed il suo interessantissimo Museo, non c'è tanto altro da vedere.

Siamo stati, con mio marito, presso questa struttura proprio ieri. Sulla carta una scelta ottimale: albergo a 4 stelle vicinissimo alla fabbrica Ferrari e al museo. Purtroppo la realtà si è rivelata un tantino diversa ( e voglio essere buona ). Criticità rilevate: poca pulizia, scarsa manutenzione, personale non adeguato. Arriviamo subito dopo pranzo e, lasciando stare che la persona addetta alla reception era tranquilla a fumare e giocare col cellulare ( sono fumatrice e comprendo ), ci viene chiesto il saldo immediato cosa cui ammetto non sono abituata ma va bene così Saliamo in camera. Inizialmente sembrava tutto perfetto ma...forse complice la fretta di andare a farsi un giro, la stanchezza, e l'emozione di essere finalmente qui, non ci siamo accorti subito di una "bella" macchia di umido e muffa sul soffitto proprio sopra al letto. Ora, avremmo sicuramente dovuto fare presente subito la cosa e pretendere il cambio di stanza ma, complice l'orario tardo ( erano le 23 passate ) abbiamo deciso di lasciar stare. Questa mattina, quando decidiamo di fare il check out non solo ci fanno credere di non sapere che c'era questa macchia ma non si sono neanche premurati di chiedere scusa o simili. Al contrario, la ragazza si è comportata come se fosse la cosa più normale del mondo. Ora per dovere di correttezza vorrei aggiungere che chi ci ha fatto fare il check out non era una persona addetta alla reception ma la barista che non solo serviva i clienti esterni del bar ma doveva occuparsi della sala colazione e dei check out. Che dire...per quanto mi riguarda 4 stelle sono decisamente troppe e sicuramente non vi tornerò. In bocca al lupo ai prossimi avventori

Hotel muito ruim, apesar da localização na frente da fábrica da Ferrari r próximo ao museu. Cama e travesseiros horríveis e o café da manhã de baixa qualidade, em resumo - ao recomendo. Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções de frios e frutas que deveriam ser pagos à parte. Com certeza não vale o preço pago, e como ficamos somente uma noite, suportamos.

Posizione direi più che buona davanti alla fabbrica e agli uffici Ferrari..una nota positiva di un albergo a 4 stelle che invece ne merita 2/3 al massimo! Mancanza di alcuni servizi primari come cuscini doppi e carta igienica in bagno, mancava il porta rotolo, mattonelle rotte, letto scomodo con materasso basso e rotto, testata del letto usurata e decadente, colazione misera fon poche cose e confezionate
