I felt that the place was cleaner than other reviews because it seemed like they had recently remodeled. However, I found the shower to be a bit inconvenient because the drainage wasn't working properly. Additionally, I don't understand why the housekeeping started knocking on the door as early as 9am. I would prefer if they did housekeeping after the checkout time.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable I had a tough time getting out of bed. The check-in area and breakfast/lounge area gave a relaxed feel. Location was good, close to where I needed to be. Hotel was nice, no funky smells. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install rubber floor tile, but they missed the mark by a mile. And if it's NOT rubber, they are REALLY bad! Those type of floors NEED attention at LEAST once a week, if not more. My floor was sticky with God only knows what. I had knocked over a cup of water, and obviously, got a towel to wipe it up. The towel looked like I had wiped up the parking lot!! NASTY!! It had been quite a while since anyone hit it with a mop. Told them at the desk and got the usual glazed-over stare, TWICE! It IS 2024, maybe my expectations are too high? I would probably stay again, but in my travels there, I found 8 other motels that were just as close, if not closer to where I was going. Probably cheaper too. Oh yea, and any room on the south side of the building, bring ear plugs!! SUPER noisy, traffic starts about 0430.

The front desk staff at check-in was friendly and professional. The room had a musty odor, but was clean. Beds were small, but comfortable. Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was the norm, offering standard fair with very few healthy options. Pool looked clean and inviting, though we didn’t have time to use it. Parking lot had a lot of trash. Close to fast food restaurants, Starbucks and Dunkin. It’s definitely a motel and over priced at $115. We only stayed one night and it was fine for that short stay. I would not stay for anything longer than that.

What a great hotel! One of the most comfortable we've stayed at in quite a while. I am a huge fan of the new room layout, and I hope that all of the Hampton Inns follow the new design. No more freezing on one side of the bed. The entire room is now at a more comfortable temperature. I also love the walk-in showers. Great water pressure!

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean large rooms. The bathroom was huge. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast with sausages, powdered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles. Plenty of coffee, tea, milk and juices. The beds were comfortable, a little more firm than some of the recent hotels I’ve stayed in, but I slept like a baby. I also loved the fact that this hotel, like many, are now using full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It’s nice to not have to fight those little bottles to get out the last drop of product. Great - safe - comfortable and well-appointed hotel. There were only a couple of issues. The hotel is on a blind curve. The entrance is past the hotel on the and the exit is just to the left of the hotel. We accidentally pulled into the Sam’s parking lot only to have to pull back out onto the main road and into the Springhill Hotel Parking lot. We have a large truck and it was a little difficult to navigate parking. So once we parked, I didn’t want to go out again till the morning. The other issue we had - which is not really an inconvenience - was the room key system was down and we had to make sure we returned the key to them in the morning. There was only one key given out per room. But again, since it was a quick overnight stay for us, it wasn’t much of an issue.

Carolyn is doing a great job with this property. The hotel is clean, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they likely have it together behind the scenes for the most part so everything goes smoothly, making the general experience very enjoyable for guests. I felt comfortable and safe here despite the property itself being right off the highway. I could rest assured that there was no funny business going on, no vagrants hanging around (which unfortunately was not the case at other central florida hotels I've been at recently). It's obvious this place is well cared for by its owners and staff.

Dear Rainbow Springs Comfort Suites, give your employees a raise!! The guests at this hotel are really something. In our one night stay, we saw a lot of folks who needed a little more attention than normal. But no matter what the guests were doing or asking for, the folks at guest services were kind, polite, smiling. The woman in the kitchen area greeted us all with a cheerful, genuine, ”good morning!” I'm not sure that's happened to us in a while. Overall, the stay was standard, but never underestimate the power of wonderful staff. They easily make a 3-star hotel a 5-star stay.
