Prime Beach Hotel

My self and my partner have just arrived back from a great weeks holiday 22 -30 th October at the prime beach hotel can we say prime beach u was amazing. Your staff was brilliant nothing was a bother for them and are a credit to the hotel. The food was ok plenty to eat and drink the cocktails was amazing too even tho the cocktails menu was limited. We stayed in room 2213 it was great very clean and comfortable and views amazing. Carnt wait to come back. Once again prime beach thanks for a great holiday

This was our 3rd visit to Prime beach this year! The rooms are spacious & are well equipped with the essentials. Cleaners do a fantastic job! The sun beds are the Best Ever!! & kepted so clean. The Patisserie is a lovely relaxing place to sit & have Nice coffee & look out to sea. Staff are so friendly & will remember how you like your drinks! Pool bar is exceptionally busy, but you dont have to wait long for drinks. Ferit is a good barman. As is Zeynep she is very hard working,what ever area she is working,always smiling. Food,you have a great choice, jacket potatoes are the biggest I've seen & they taste amazing. Ice cream served x2 daily hard to resist! The reception staff are very pleasant & will sort things if something isn't quite right. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Staff are friendly but you have to make the effort to be nice first. Impression I got is that they almost expected people to be rude to them (after school holiday season?) and instantly became warm and friendly when they were spoken to with manners and a smile.  Room was small considering we had upgraded BUT we were top floor with amazing sea views and it was very very quiet so we were happy with that. Just two of us anyway so space wasn't particularly an issue. Bed was small (Fiancé is 6'4 so it's a problem wherever we go) but comfortable. On the firm side but we like that. Air con worked well.  Rooms are reasonably well sound proofed but the bathroom is not (due to the ceiling I think). Can hear the neighbours when they're in bathroom. Keeping the bathroom door closed reduces it by probably 70% so nothing you can't overcome. Paper cups for tea and coffee which felt a little cheap and naff. Would have preferred to have a proper brew in a cup in the morning please :)  Food - Honestly, I don't know what some of the reviews on here are about. There are several meat, fish and veggie options as well as a BBQ area, pastas, jacket potatoes salad and your typical Brits on tour selections of chips, nuggets etc. theres also a kids section in the far corner but as we didn't come with kids, I didn't check it out. Breakfast. So much choice, I would say if you can't find something to eat here then the problem isn't the hotel ;) Some say the food is repetitive, which I can kind of understand but at home we would have spaghetti, pizza and chips, jacket potato etc. as 3 separate dinners. People will eat all of it on the first day then say it's repetitive when it's served again. That being said, this is the second time we have gone all inclusive and the second time we have found meal times stressful. It doesn't matter how much food, or how nice it is, it just seems to feel like feeding time at the zoo. There was a sushi night but as a sushi lover, my recommendation would be avoid as it was quite disappointing! Let's face it, Brits love an English breakfast and it rarely cuts the mustard overseas but we all know that. If you go beach facing and walk to the left you can find it done reasonably well for £2.50 - £4.00 depending on where you go.  Ice cream is open from 12.30-14.00 and then 19.00 - 21.00 (so lunch and dinner times), not an hour a day. Something to note is that our booking includes trips to the a la carte restaurants but the Italian was closed (not sure if permanent or not) and the Turkish one was only open some days of the week. So we skipped it, as it was open on the days we wanted to go out. Little annoying as that wasn't noted prior to arrival. I saw one comment about the hotel being 'infested with cockroaches'. I've been here a week so far and I have seen two. Both have been outside in the grounds late at night around bins - which when there is so much food everywhere...it's bound to happen. Not seen a single bug inside and I would say
