Ulasan Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha

The riad is inside a series of back lanes but can be located using google map easily. It is a lovely riad, quiet and nice, we loved it. Staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. We folllowed their recommendations to the tourists places and experienced the hammam, recommended!

酒店位於老城區，出行很方便，很摩洛哥raid風格！一出門口就可以買買買不停，離不眠廣場很近。酒店員工很有禮貌，熱心地為我們解答所有問題，第一次在沒有網絡的情況下也能玩了兩天的美麗城市！特別是酒店的提供的早餐，食物豐富多樣新鮮及搭配合理，是值得選擇的酒店！

法式風格早餐不錯，酒店在老城裡，出行比較方便，周邊餐廳也比較多，唯一不足的是車子無法開到酒店門口，得自己提着行李進去

不是很好找，不酒店環境不錯，很熱情。

Mi sono trovata talmente bene che ho prolungato di una notte :-) La nostra stanza però era occupata, quindi ci hanno spostato in un'altra (sono in realtà due riad uniti e comunicanti) addirittura più bella della prima! Magnifique!

非常非常好 老闆非常nice

We stayed at this Riad for 3 nights from Thursday 7th Sept 2023 with another couple and were staying there the night of the devastating earthquake. More of that later. We had emailed the Riad ahead of time and were picked up at Marrakech Airport and subsequently taken back there and allowed to add the transfer cost to our rooms. On arrival we were met near the main road -Dar El Bacha and were walked to the Riad through small alleyways. Mustafa and Khalid introduced themselves and served hot Mint Tea. Patrick then have us a tour and shared the history of the refurbishment of the Riad including the strengthening of new foundations. Something we were subsequently truly thankful of. The whole team at this Riad deserve credit for the way they looked after guests following the earthquake on 8th Sept with Mustafa guiding us all out to stand in safety ahead of being allowed back inside. Each day a tasty breakfast was served with hot drinks, yoghurts and preserves and local Breads and fruit. Very tasty! Each day Mustafa or Mohamed would recommend places to visit and showed us on maps.me how to get there on smartphones without connectivity. The ladies who cleaned our Superior Rooms did so with a passion and always smiled and said hello when we saw them around the Riad. This was hospitality at its finest under the most stressful of circumstances for the RIad team some of whine couldn’t initially contact their relatives to see if they were safe. Thank you to you all for a memorable stay. If you are reading this and are going to Marrakech don’t consider anywhere else to stay - book here for a memorable stay. We had drinks on the roof terrace and the girls also had a swim in the Riad’s pool.

An oasis of calm in a hot busy, interesting, vibrant city. It was like stepping back in time as we went through the ancient fortified black door. Our welcome could not have been warmer. The owner “Patrick” and all the staff were friendly and informative. We trusted their advice and had an excellent trip to the Atlas Mountains & desert, that they organised.

I could not have been happier with the decision to stay there. The staff was helpful, friendly, and nice to be around. Staying here is like stepping back in time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for three nights and had the most amazing time. We were looked after by Ahmed who was so welcoming and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The views are so gorgeous and the rooms are just adorable. You feel so safe and looked after and we cant thank you enough for having us. Will definitely be coming back!! (From Lola and Scott)

The Riad was lovely and the staff could not do enough to help us booking and phone up places. The food was excellent and struggled to find resturants in the Madena that were as good quality food.

We stayed for a week. It isn’t easy to find unless you know where it is. There is no sign on the door and it is in a narrow dark alley. However once inside the warmth of the welcome is unmistakable. It was fairly quiet when we were there and we got to know the front of house staff. They could not be more helpful.

I could not have asked for a better time for me and my wife. The staff was outstanding, Patrick has put together a 5 star Riad. Can’t wait to go back. If you don’t book this Riad you are missing out on a real Moroccan expierence.
