Whether it is the immensely convenient location, the incredibly quiet rooms, the elegant interior design, the stunning terrace views, or the beautiful breakfasts that change daily, there is much to really love about Riad des Hirondelles. But what lifts this delightful boutique hotel from great to exceptional is its extraordinary people. Marie (the owner), Abtou (the manager), Mohsin (the night manager) and all the staff are as warm as they are delightful, all of them going out of their way at to make our trip a truly memorable one. They have true hospitality in their blood - and my does it show. Outstanding.

Wonderful riad in a great location, perfect walking distance to many main attractions within the medina. Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Would highly recommend. A special mention to Mohssine for being so accommodating and making us feel so welcomed and looked after the whole time👌

We spent in the Riad 2 nights of our stay in Marrakech. The Riad is beautiful and the structure is well kept and looked after. The on site staff is welcoming and nice. Breakfast was beautiful and served in a lovely way. Unfortunately the 1st morning we woke up there was no water (not hot nor cold). I appreciate the staff said this was a problem affecting the entire city (which I don't know if it is true as in other places we went to visit there was) however it was extremely disappointing to see the riad had no plan B. For more than £140 per night I would expect to be able to at least brush our teeth and have a shower. I work in the hospitality industry as well, and if your guests cannot sleep or shower you should for the night being this the bare minimum. We managed to have a shower only after 2 nights in Marrakech which was a major inconvenience and yet the water was not clear. Cleanliness was disappointing regarding the table cloth, water glasses and cuttlery during our dinner and the glass bottle in the room could not be used as there were rusty signs on the internal part of the bottle cap. Unfortunately no sort of compensation for the major inconvenience experienced was offered.

We spent two nights at Road Hirondelles and it was a really special experience. Despite it being 33 degrees in Marrakech, the riad was a cool, tranquil oasis, in a perfect location for exploring the souks. Abdou and his team were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made our stay extra special! Breakfast each morning was delicious and we enjoyed spending time in the roof terrace reading, using the plunge pool and relaxing. We would recommend the riad to anyone looking for a romantic, authentic and peaceful trip to Marrakech. Thank you Abdou and team for your amazing hospitality!

Fantastic Riad in the best location - right in the middle of the Medina but surprisingly very quiet. Lovely rooms and a great rooftop which is fantastic to have breakfast at! Abdou and Moussine go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, offering recommendations of places to visit whilst in Marrakech. I'll definitely stay here when I visit again.

The experience there was complete. It is incredible to be inside the Medina and be able to feel the "real" Marrakesch, ten minutes from Jemaal Fna square . Above this, the staff takes care of you and help you in everything. 10/10. I would repeat without doubt
