Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Marseille Centre Vieux-Port

Hotel has nice decorated hall, bar and private parking. Staff at the reception was polite and often did their best answering our requests, but sometimes they were more eager to explain us all the rules and cared not much. Bar closed around 10 pm. It was not a restaurant, most of the dishes from menu were absent and there were not much to eat at all. There were no bathrobe and slippers which is pretty not standard for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not good. Everyday was one sort of ham, sausages and scrambled eggs, croissants and yogurt with fruits. It always ended at 10. Not even longer on weekend. Staff at the breakfast was so arrogant. I felt superfluous. Cleaning was okey, but very chaotic, they always forgot black tea or towel or paper or etc. Always pushing reading lights into pillows - this is crazy. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, tea facilities were convenient. Nice pictures of Marseilles, nice colors of the furniture. A/c was good, but not the coldest, though we were in the hot period where it was 40 outside. Windows are not big, no balconies, so it is a little bit gloomy. Shower and wc worked good. There was grocery shop just around the corner and shopping mall. Hotel has strange location though everything seems close on the map, in fact we never walked even to the Old Port, because for us it was too much walking. But it was convenient to use a car with private parking. This made our trip really good.

We had a great time. The room had a bathtub, it was very confortable to stay in. The hotel staff was very helpful. You can get snacks and food from vending machines which is very useful.

Great location - modern & comfortable hotel. Water & coffee machine were ideal!

酒店靠近老港，離港口很近，老佛爺就在旁邊，購物很方便，房間提供瓶裝水,窗外可以看到聖母修道院，離saint Chales火車站打車起步費

Un bon hôtel situé en centre ville de Marseille, très facile d’accès, petit bémol, un grand parking payant. Les couloirs sentent une odeur désagréable. Salle de sport, manque de matériel( tapis de sport et peut être de poids libre)

馬賽房間真的很小 從巴黎到里昂房間都挺大的 這裏估計是旅遊團住的地方 到的時候是看到一大巴 一路玩下來最小的房間 這裏停車需要繞到附近商場停車場下面的專屬停車位 先去前台問一下停車場位置 他們會給一張圖顯示位置 專屬停車位是在鐵柵欄裏 繞到停車場最最裡麪後要刷一下進入停車場取的停車票進去 從酒店離開的時候這個票記得給前台掃一下 停車費是每晚20歐 另外去的時候從停車庫直達酒店的電梯壞了 衹能從商場出來繞去酒店 酒店旁邊有一家漢堡店 吃了一次真的去太好吃了 馬賽真的很臭 而且看着不太安全 不太建議去馬賽 其實可以直接住在附近的小鎮也不錯 很推薦盧爾馬蘭這個小鎮 非常漂亮

地點非常好。臨近景點和餐廳。窗外景色美麗。 早飯主食單調，輔食豐富，特別是原裝蜂蜜，直接從蜂窩拿出的那種，香甜無比。各種乾果也多。咖啡一般。 住了一週，睡眠💤很好。

房間挺不錯的，舒服乾淨，就是按金退款太慢了，不能及時到帳，快24小時了，還沒退給我…………急！可能因為我是窮鬼，我覺得1600左右的按金不退，我還挺掛唸的

Das Zimmer war ok, das Badezimmer jedoch schon etwas veraltet (Rohre sichtbar)

房間不大，衞生還行，離中心區不遠，比較安靜。

Hôtel très bien situé, qui permet de voir plusieurs monuments historiques à Marseille avec une grande facilité et à pied presque de tout, personnel accueiillant, néanmoins quelques remarques: absence de drap sous la couette, en été mettre une couette chaude est inapproprié, les chambres méritent une petite rénovation, plusieurs trous dans la porte et sur le mur, la douche fonctionnait mal, pas très digne d'un 4e hôtel, le lit de notre fils n'a pas été fait à notre retour

總體非常滿意，特別是早餐豐富。唯一缺點就是電梯要等很久。

Chambre très correcte avec une très belle vue sur notre dame de la garde. Petit déjeuner un peu deçevant dans une salle pas très agréable
