Villa Fiorella Art Hotel

An incredible experience! My wife and I stayed at the “Villa Fiorella Art Hotel” during our vacation, everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! From the second we arrived, until the very last minute of our departure! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Carmine and Giosuè during our early a.m. check out process, you were both truly kind and extremely helpful, we will never forget you!

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! ******* has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

If you are looking to treat yourself to a quiet getaway, a little off beaten path from the crowded Amalfi coast towns then I would recommend a stay at Villa Fiorella. The service is outstanding. Walking distance to the small town of Massa Lubrense.

The Food, the view and the staff make this a standout hotel. We really enjoyed eating here so much we didn’t bother looking to eat elsewhere. The fish of the day we had twice and it was awesome, simple yet delicious. Eating here with such a beautiful backdrop with spectacular sunsets makes for a very special experience. Staff are so friendly helpful and effective. Standout was the lady who organised breakfast. The pool area is a selfies heaven. If you need to top up your instagram stay here!! The one niggle was noise in the corridor last thing at night and first thing in the morning. (Suggestion a small friendly sign at either end of the corridor asking people leaving the restaurant to respect those that are sleeping 💤. It’s such a small negative when the overall experience was amazing.

Wonderful and attentive hotel in gorgeous Amalfi coast setting close to capri & sorrento. Lovely and very attentive staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful infinity pool/garden. The restaurant is creative and detail oriented in their menu.

Villa Fiorella exceeded our expectations at every level. A beautiful hotel, with fabulous food and a calm and serene setting that soothes the soul. The staff was extraordinary, they were so very helpful, arranging for taxi service, and answering any questions we had. We loved every minute.

Villa Fiorello is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed. Everything exceeded our expectations. We met Lia at the reception desk. Lia was so friendly and welcoming. The ladies at reception (Lia, Greta, Margherita and Adele) are also your personal concierge service. They provided so much assistance to us including exchanging USD for Euros by raising smaller change from other employees (we wanted this for tipping the staff throughout our stay), they arranged transportation, made lunch and dinner reservations for us when we went off-campus, assisted in reserving a private boat to Capri and so much more. We would have been lost without them. The service at the pool-side restaurant was so amazing. Guisepe’, (Pepe’), Roman and Gino were on point with their service, personalities and attitude! Candadia was our first friendly face to see in the morning for coffee and breakfast . She was always smiling and so attentive and eager to satisfy our every request. Finally, Luciano, the Sommelier, was our best friend at dinner. He’s a kind, genuine, funny man and, he has the key to the wine cellar! Obviously, there are so many more people working behind the scenes to make this place run so nicely and look so beautiful. Villa Fiorella is a small, high-end hotel with impeccable service, rooms, grounds and pool, food and elegance. I truly hope that we have another opportunity to visit again. We found the food and atmosphere at the pool-side outdoor restaurant to be the quintessential Italy experience that we always envisioned. After staying at Villa Fiorella for three nights and only having two more nights remaining on our trip, we decided to move to another resort located directly on the beach just to experience as much as we could before heading back to the US. Within minutes, we realized we had left paradise for a subpar resort. Villa Fiorella was fully booked that night but, invited us back for dinner and said the following night was available. We quickly accepted and returned to VF for dinner Thursday night and they picked us up Friday morning so we could enjoy our last day in Italy at the Villa Fiorella. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! Every day just kept getting better!

I have travelled to multiple countries over decades and stayed at luxurious places. I never took the time to write a review. But this place was something and they deserve to be highly recommended. The hospitality, the kindness from the staff. Overall atmosphere and the quality of dining experience. Rating A+. On our last few days at Sorrento. My wife got injured on a hike and her foot got fractured. Visiting from the US and with the language barrier we had no idea what to do. The management and staff at Villa Fiorella Art Hotel were so kind to help us to go to the right hospital and advised what to expect explaining every step, translating in English. When we found that my wife's foot was fractured. The staff/management were so kind to us. Took us to the pharmacy and got us what we needed. I was also with my kids travelling to Sorrento. The entire staff was so kind to my children, making sure that they were taken care of while I was with my wife. This is something above and beyond that you can never experience. Although my wife was hurt and could not do much. We enjoyed the stay at this fabulous place. The atmosphere and food was great. We never felt like going anywhere.
