This hotel charges a ”parking fee” of $2.13 without providing any notice for self parking fees like every other hotel. I called the hotel to share my concern that they didn't disclose this fee, how can they just bill it, etc....to say the Billing Contact was disinterested and even more so when I shared that they lost a customer for good because of this unethical practice, she said ”ok have a nice day” click.....I travel extensively, other hotel properties disclose in advance ”revenue generators” Horrible business practice, horrible customer service and btw--horrible smell in your front entry way like somone threw up there......stay away if you like honest staff and clean public areas and rooms....

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Exceptional service, food, location, and amenities. Would definitely recommend over others I've stayed in this area.
