從抵達酒店門口開始，我的管家Melody就親自迎接並協助辦理入住。在整個入住期間，從入住到退房送客，她始終保持着非常主動又恰到好處的服務節奏，既細緻周到又讓人感到舒適自在。每一次需要幫助時她總是及時出現，同時又保持很好的邊界感，這種專業且温暖的人情味服務，讓人真正體驗到了文華東方的服務優勢。
同時也想特別表揚前台的Carla，無論是辦理入住還是退房結賬都非常高效專業，流程順暢，態度也十分熱情友好。
餐飲方面同樣令人印象深刻。在檐庭用餐時，Iris對每一道菜品的介紹都非常專業且詳細，讓用餐體驗更加豐富有趣。客房送餐選擇了在庭院內享用火鍋，Daisy和她的團隊做了非常充分的準備，食材十分新鮮，整體佈置也非常精緻，很有氛圍感，也非常出片，體驗感拉滿。
SPA方面也要特別感謝前台Tiana，她非常耐心地為我介紹了不同的項目，並幫我選擇到了一個非常適合自己的SPA療程。第二天我又再次前往體驗了面部護理，整個流程非常順暢放鬆，兩位護理師Ivy和Sunny手法都非常專業，體驗感很好。
整個入住期間遇到的每一位員工都非常敬業，也能感受到團隊對服務品質的重視。這次在北京前門文華東方的入住體驗非常愉快，也期待未來能夠再次回來。

I would like to start by saying that I myself was a manager of large international premium luxury hotels in the capital of Russia in the city of Moscow. These are such hotels as Marriot Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. And so I paid attention to everything, literally everything that surrounds and happens in this hotel.
We stayed in this hotel Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for 2 nights, and during this time the hotel showed itself from a great side. The reception staff treated us with respect and kindness during check in and check out and professionalism was evident.
The very atmosphere and style of the hotel is grand and magnificent.
We would also like to mention the cosy and beautiful room. We loved the open panoramic view of the city and the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the room it was clean, tidy and fresh like the rest of the hotel, this is thanks to the housekeeping department. In fact they have a titanic job, not everyone realises that.
Then I would also like to mention the breakfasts, they were varied, well prepared and tasty. As foreigners, the breakfast was suitable for our cultural dietary requirements.
I would like to especially note the high quality of service and maintenance.
Any hotel of any level is made up of small situational puzzles, and this puzzle was perfectly assembled and made:
1. Every time on the call all errands were fulfilled such as bringing water to the room, bringing an iron, picking up the rubbish, advising on any issues of interest.
2. The hotel staff constantly greeted the guest and were friendly, this is very important.
3. Employees at the entrance to the hotel are doormen, and with luggage carrying are porters, they were always attentive to us guests and helped with boarding a taxi and with luggage, this is also very important, from this immediately formed the first pleasant impression of the hotel.
4. I would like to express my special thanks to Dai Ran. Initially there was a question about visiting the executive lounge. Due to my private visits when holidaying in premium hotels, in most cases this lounge is included in the category for visiting, but in this hotel it was not. So thanks to Dai Ran's ingenuity, expertise, experience and professionalism this issue was easily resolved, thank you again! The Executive Lounge also proved to be a great experience, the staff were kind and attentive to the hotel guests. There was an atmosphere of lightness, beauty and comfort.
Thus, Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is perfect for both business and leisure, and I would gratefully give it the highest rating of 5 points!
You can see and feel that the whole complex system of the hotel is working for the benefit of the guests' wonderful holiday!
With pleasure I will recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances. We have only wonderful memories of our holiday in Beijing. We wish the hotel and all the staff further prosperity!

PPengguna TetamuI travelled solo to beijing first time. Xilian hotel was an amazing experince. I just loved the service and the manners they had. The lovely man who checked me in knew english and upgraded me which I am so thankful for.
The room service was very polite. One person stood out for their service as a receptionist, Li Jia-Hui employee number 13, she helped me for so long through out the night to book my tickets to badaling great wall of china. She was an amazing professional person that I am so grateful for. People like her really makes me want to come back to Xilian hotel next time I am in beijing.
The hotel was super clean, everything worked, laundry self service was really good and automated, it dispensed the detergent itself. They even had ironing equipment too. The gym was good, but it would be nice to have a small rack of dumbell weights, they also gave water in the gym. The room was just amazing it had automated curtains, and Led lights in the mirrors and under the bed. They even had extra mirrors with lights on it for attention to detail on your face. The toilets are super clean and automated. Music played when you walked in. The sofas in the room were like brand new. The bed was super comfortable. I had 2 huge tvs one infront of the bed and the other infront of the sofa. I didnt use the tv so not sure about the channels. The hot tub i had in my room was out of this world, i really loved it. Super hygenic because they gave a plastic clear sheet to put in the hot tub then you step inside it and enjoy, then rip the sheet up after to let the water to be drained. The shower also also really big and clean with some sort of stoned or marble flooring with shower gel and stuff supplied. Slippers were given in the room also bottles of water (it was really good water) and some small cans of coke and sprite i think it was and some herbal tea bags you can make yourself. Robots were delivering food around the hotel which was cool to see. Also the light controls in the rooms were lovely, with different settings on them. They had a cafe down stairs that was nice. Breakfast was really nice all different types of food were given a wide variety anyone would be pleased. It was absolutely delicious. The hotel was top quailty it made my stay in beijing much more enjoyable. It was also nice and warm even though it was freezing outside in december. Special thanks to Li Jia-Hui employee number 13 truly grateful to her she went so far just to help me she deserves a bonus.
If you read this review and trying to decide to stay here, trust me just book here you will enjoy your stay.

PPengguna TetamuI booked the hotel for a layover flight and I felt very welcomed from the start - they offered me a warm cup of tea and I enjoyed the afternoon tea with a bowl of noodles as I mentioned I didn't have any food yet. The breakfast is great too! The service is impeccable and the hotel has lots of charms. You should go there if you want a cozy stay.

Kelemahan: Keseluruhan kemudahan adalah lama, TV tidak boleh memancarkan skrin, langsir manual, pengering rambut juga kuno, dan bilik tidak seluas yang diharapkan. Agak tertekan. Sarapan pagi tidak cukup kaya, dan saya tidak dapat mencari semangkuk bubur, tetapi ada tauhu dadih, yang diterima dengan baik.

PPATRICIACCThe hotel is located really near to the famous pedestrian street. There are a lot of shopping malls and restaurants surrounding this hotel. It is possible to go walking to Tianmen Square and Forbidden City. The room was clear and tidy, not so big but enough for two nights. Water and soda was available for free at the room. Breakfast is ok. The best point of this hotel is the location. There are washing machines availables for the customers.

We came to Beijing for leisure and also our special occasions so the manager upgraded our room to family suite which is superb, hotel also give complimentary yogurts every evening , that’s so yummy. The location is great next to the mall and subway station is within walking distance, all the service is good. our family had a great time here, we’ll be back.

………Momo……總體而言，是一次性價比很合適的親子行酒店選擇。水上樂園適合小寶寶，温泉池子孩子都能游泳，室內遊樂園看了看也可以（沒玩）；動物園（單獨收費）；小童遊樂園，即稻香湖樂園確實是孩子撒歡好選擇；自助早晚餐該有的都有；以上都是正反饋。
建議：
一是自助餐廳希望可以有小童餐具或者咖啡勺大小的孩子能用的勺子，從設施看適合孩子玩兒的那麼多，説明除了各種會議培訓的客人以外，親子行的也不少，不差這一點吧？
二是希望室外那個遊樂園和酒店溝通順暢，兩大一小門票適應範圍寫的很明確，超過身高小童也算入成人。換票時候工作人員表示有疑問，我拿出了截屏後，倒是痛快的給換了。這一點，湯泉那邊就沒提出問題。

MMaverick MakStayed 2 nights at the Commune by the Great Wall, an Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
The resort is spread over a big acres of land within the Shuiguan area, also a short proximity to the renowned Badaling Great Wall.
You have to reach there by car or by DiDi as there is no public transport to reach the Commune. This is a resort for those who wish to spend quality time, to seek refuge and to relax.
The resort was designed by 12 individual renowned architects, each reflecting their own taste and styles, clearly demonstrated in the Communal Home you are staying.
Each Communal Home consists of 5-6 rooms where you share common spaces such as Living, Dining, Kitchen and Courtyard with other fellow travellers. You will still have your own room and private bathroom similar to any other hotels or resorts. With the Communal Home, you can access these public area / communal area where often it is under utilised which is great for us.
The room is immaculately adorned with the furniture styles of the Communal Home you have selected. There is Cantilever House (Red House), Terrace House, Suitcase House, Bamboo Wall, Forest House etc.
My Bamboo Wall room is a little small in my opinion. The bedding is on a Tatami Platform. Bathroom is too big and it takes up too much space for the bedroom. There are limited spaces for the suitcase as we travel from afar. There is also no hook for clothing in the bathroom, no hook for the hand towel which is quite strange given that it is quite luxurious.
We bought the package which includes daily breakfast for 2 with Shuiguan Great Wall Ticket and a High Tea.
There is an outdoor swimming pool within the hotel and a gym. The pool is only open for 3 months during the summer months, not sure why the restrictions even though it is not a heated pool. During my visit, day time was hot and the air temperature was around 26-28 degrees. Though the water temperature may be way cooler, but if the pool is opened, we will probably take a dip.
The breakfast is either a la carte or buffet depending on the hotel's occupancy rate. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel as well and the food is very good though it is on the pricey side.
To move around the resort, you will either walk (depending on the location of your accommodation), it can be far away from the restaurant or the reception. You can call them for a car pick up.
The driver 小宋 is a great asset to the property, so as our Housekeeper 小李(李鸿建), he was very attentive and observatory. He saw we have many medicine and supplements in the room and he gave us extra water and left us a note. Great initiative!
In short, it is a very memorable stay and a very good hideaway.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location and view. Room furniture it was a bit old, it does not give that feeling of modern, but still very enjoyable. Service mixed, lobby personnel were often quite cold, on the other end room service people were very helpful and always with a smile. A special thank you to Ma Lan Lan, we travelled with a small baby and sometimes required additional help and she was always very friendly and helpful to us.
