The hotel is great and centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket, cable car station and eateries. Room is spacious, with an executive chair and working table and comfortable bed and toilet. Washing machines and dryers are provided complimentary on the 3rd floor where the gym and coffee house are located. Reasonable good selection of breakfast buffet spread at the coffee house.

Nice and clean hotel. The room was very comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The heating system is good, so staying during winter with no worries! It is located right in front of the Tianmen Mountain Downtown Cable Car Station and within walking distance to Zhangjiajie Bus Station, which made travelling to Tianmen Mountain and taking a day trip bus to Wulingyuan East Gate for National Park very convenient. Although this guesthouse complex is in a car-free zone, the hotel is quite close to the main road, so you don’t have to walk far with heavy luggage. The young lady owner was very helpful, she assisted with planning my itinerary, purchasing entrance tickets at a discounted price, and guiding me on the routes, especially inside the National Park, which can be very confusing, also taught how to take the bus to Wulingyuan A well-deserved 5/5 rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ae

A wonderful stay in Furong Ancient Town. Thank you so much for the kind hospitality and making us feel welcome during Chinese New Year. The guesthouse is located conveniently in the ancient town and will help to purchase the ticket for the town. And arranges pick up from the train station and a small extra charge for drop off. The service at the guesthouse is warm, welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation overlooks the river and it is relaxing to sit by the window and view the town. It’s a great location to explore the town. The rooms are clean, comfortable with all the amenities that you may need. The breakfast is simple and delicious. Rice porridge, fried rice, pickles, buns, eggs and coffee / tea. There are little snacks at the reception and during the Chinese new year the guesthouse arrange us rice dumplings and jiaozi. The hotel was in a good location towards the end of the scenic town and easy to access by car.  The rooms are spacious and all the amenities needed. The view is quite nice from the window. The service is friendly and the staff are helpful.  Breakfast wasn’t included but there are a lot of local eateries nearby to choose from.  We went during Chinese New Year so the downside was that it was really noisy at night and could hear the street / river noises from the room.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level.

Great location,5 min walk to Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. Nice room with wooden floor,clean and comfortable. Friendly check in. Recommended

I would like to thank the entire hotel team who helped me a lot to plan my stay in 张家界。 The hotel helped me book my tickets to visit 天门山，张家界森林公园，张家界大峡谷。 They gave me very useful advice on interesting places to visit, transportation to use. For my part, I have often used the taxi to visit the sites (most are 30 minutes away by taxi, except for 张家界大峡谷 located an hour away by taxi) but you can take the bus as well. The hotel really corresponds to my expectations, the room benefitted from a view of the mountain. I also used the fairly well-equipped fitness room every day and the washing machines accessible at any time of the day. Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. is also quite rich. In short, I am fully satisfied with this hotel and I recommend it to all family or lonely travellers like me. je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui m'a beaucoup aidé pour planifier mon séjour à 张家界。L'hôtel m'a aidé à réserver mes tickets pour visiter 天门山，张家界森林公园，张家界大峡谷。Ils m'ont donné des conseils très utiles sur les endroits intéressants à visiter, les transports à utiliser. Pour ma part, j'ai souvent utilisé le taxi pour visiter les sites (la plupart sont à 30 minutes en taxi, sauf pour 张家界大峡谷 situé à une heure en taxi). L'hôtel correspond à mes attentes, la chambre bénéficiait d'une vue sur la montagne. J'ai aussi utilisé tous les jours la salle de sport assez bien équipée et les machines à laver le linge accessibles à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner dès 6h30 est aussi assez riche. En résumé, je suis pleinement satisfait de cet hôtel et je le recommande à tous les voyageurs en famille ou bien solitaires comme moi.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
