Just excellent. The first, but not the last time, I guess. All 10 days was full of sunshine, with very kindfull staff, expesiality " Max, Vinisha and Manisha", you made our holyday. Out days was somerhing very spesial, like a paradise. Also spesial thanks to receptionist lady, she kindly help whatever we needed

The hotel was amazing. The service was perfect. The staffs was very friendly. The room was wow.. Unbelievable. The food was very tasty and dessert too. All the activities organise by hotel was good. I really enjoy it and I will surely come back.

Absolutely disgusting place, mattress filthy, got food poisoning, 50% of guest sick! Spent 3 days vomiting , in bed and once I saw the mattress I left the hotel at my own cost to get out of the room!! Do not go here. No entertainment in the day, quiet is one thing, ignored is another!! Shocking place, my partners 50th birthday ruined because I became so ill. Plus other guest found metal piece in food, witnessed by myself , and they gave them a mega mega of seafood grill, champagne, cake etc to hush the fuss. I have complained to my tour operator, the rep and the hotel!

I don't write reviews but i feel like i have to on this occasion. Do not stay in this hotel if you are English speaking. This hotel is totally geared towards the French speaking people. There is no entertainment through the day not even music at pool through the day and at night in the dodo bar (for 1 hour) it is totally geared towards French speaking people and not inclusive of English speaking people or any other language. Don't get me wrong Mauritius is is a beautiful place and we have done everything possible there is to do in the two weeks we have been here but just take my word for it STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My wife and i spent 2 weeks here. We found the Hotel peaceful and very friendly. One of us has a food allergy, Gluten Free. The staff & chefs could not do enough for us, even offered to cook extra meals if there was nothing we fancied. Thank you so very much to Max & Dhiresh. All the staff including Shahana, Vinisha & Manisha to name a few made our stay most welcoming and friendly. Don`t forget this is a 3T hotel but the staff make it feel much more. Thanks also to the Pastry Chef (who we never got his name) but we had fresh gluten free bread with every meal and a special Anniversary & Birthday cake. Our Rep Warren was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the island. There are dogs and cats that roam around the grounds but are very timid and will not approach people. Overall this is a fantastic little hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. We have made some good friends during our stay and will be keeping in touch with them. We are also looking forward to revisiting the Jalsa Beach in the future

The staff are amazing, however the restaurant manager never spoke of interacted, he also helped himself to guest food. The choice of food is rubbish and doesn't taste much better. The room very clean. Will not go again sue to the let down of the food.

Nice quiet hotel with no more than 40 guests there when we stayed (apart from one couple who thought they’d share their drum and bass mix around the pool with everyone). Staff great, helpful and really friendly (apart from the guy doing omelettes at breakfast - he definitely cracked more eggs than smiles!). Spa treatments were very good value; gym very dated with not much in the way of equipment. Food was ok, with a reasonable choice - but if ‘all inclusive’ means different restaurants and bars to you, then this isn’t it. No beach to speak off, but the water in the lagoon is shallow and warmer than the pool. Rooms nice, cleaned daily and very spacious; air con worked well and shower was nice and powerful. Not enough coat hangars or pillows but extra pillows were provided. Lots of dogs and a couple of cats roaming around, friendly and no problem if you like cats and dogs - the staff keep shooing them off but they are never far away. Didn’t use the water sport/boats on site so cannot comment. Local drinks all ok, but you are restricted to after 2pm on day of arrival and then there is a cut off point on day of departure and if you want a drink they’ll charge you for it - so again, ‘all inclusive’ but not. 1,500 rupees to have a late check out on day of departure (£25-ish) and not much around the resort within any kind of walking distance. 3-Star is about right for the rating - relaxing holiday, if you’re looking for ‘luxury’ this isn’t it, but all in all a nice little hotel.

I was rather surprised by this resort. It actually went beyond my expectations. I was there for a relaxing family time and i got it.😌 The room is very nice and most importantly for me...spacious.It was simple and cosy,basically how i like it,not centered on decorations or show off stuff.And guys it was clean...♥️ The drinks included in the AIP package are fair enough( ive been to 4* where the drinks are worse). The dinner was very bad though.🤌👎It was just basic.The chicken and fish were dry and the dessert was basically chocolate stuffs and were very sweet. However ,The breakfast and lunch were flavorful and varied.The pancakes ,omletes, vegetables,rice salads, blueberry cake and the pasta were 👌👌👌.The staff was nice and friendly.Thank you all (specially the hindu girl with glasses and the indian girl at the Rum Bar)
