In fairness as a couple of empty nesters this wasn't the best choice. If you have young kids you should have a good time. Very noisy everywhere (room, breakfast etc) - seemed to be a Sicilian thing. We stayed over looking the sea, nice balcony lovely view. The downside which we were aware of is you are right by the evening/nightime entertainment. Day time entertainment was poor so we headed to the free beach which was lovely, as mentioned before there are no toilets and is about a 10 min walk . I wouldn't recommended eating there in the evening but breakfast was fine. Cheap supermarket over the road with really good red wines for around 3 euros! Staff at reception helpful, also gelato (amazing) staff friendly, bar staff not so. Nice long walk into Cefalu. Don't do as we did and walk from the train station to the hotel with cases, the pavements come and go and it's an Italian road, just get the bus.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, ma al tempo stesso in una via calma e silenziosa. La nostra camera era una comoda matrimoniale (sebbene i letti fossero singoli appaiati, erano uniti bene), il bagno molto ampio con doccia nuova e comoda. Ambienti molto puliti. Ottimo rooftop (uno dei pochi a Cefalù) con terrazzina con vista fantastica. Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e fornito numerosi consigli per la visita. Consigliato anche per soggiorni medio lunghi. Qualche suggerimento per il management dell’hotel, al fine di migliorare ancora di più la permanenza degli ospiti: a) chiudere le porte dei piani, altrimenti la sera la musica proveniente dal rooftop è di disturbo al riposo, in quanto si sente fin giù nelle camere; invitare anche i gentili ospiti a non sbattere le porte, come era usanza fare; b) migliorare la colazione: l’hotel ha ottimi servizi ma la colazione risulta scadente, con prodotti industriali e confezionati; sarebbe davvero uno sforzo minimo migliorarla; abbiamo anche notato con dispiacere la rara maleducazione ed insofferenza della cameriera nella sala colazione, persona chiaramente non felice di lavorare a contatto del pubblico, che ci ha lasciati molto perplessi.

Great value! Great location! Staff polite and professional, especially morning ladies, always meet and greet with a smile. Rooms cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. Towels changed. Only 15min walk to the town. Very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a 203 room, which was basic, had everything what we needed,little balcony facing promenade/sea view. Then you’re in Cefalù, there’s so much to do, a beach, a pool, walks, so much history, great food. Thank you for a lovely stay.

La struttura è bella, nuova, ben curata, il personale gentile. La stanza è ampia, molto accogliente. Anche la zona spa bella, accogliente, nuova, completa, non affollata, anche il massaggio professionale. Oltre ad una struttura perfetta per relax è anche idonea per chi vuole fare escursioni in zona, c'è anche una piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato ma perché il tempo non lo permetteva. Consigliata sicuramente. Unica nota dolente è che al check out ci hanno fatto pagare caffè e cappuccino consumati per colazione (colazione compresa nel prezzo), per pochi euro non ci fanno una bella figura, a memoria, e di alberghi ne giro/giriamo tanti non mi è mai accaduto.

Stayed here for 10 days, Meet and greet team and all the restaurant staff were amazing and helpful, Nina the cleaner is a delight, breakfast is adequate but does not change much, would recommend getting to the diner as early as possible. Hotel is clean and very tidy throughout, jacuzzi is welcome on the terrazzo but is a bit small , the views of the mountains, see and people going about their day to day activities can be enjoyed by the jacuzzi aswell, staff are always happy to help and advise on where to go in town if you need something

hôtel propre avec une terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur, repas corrects mais qui manquent de charcuterie italienne de qualité. Personnel de la restauration travailleur et sérieux, soucieux de la clientéle. Plage avec des galets, prévoir des chaussures de riviére mais c'est noter dans les documents que l'on nous transmet avant le départ, comme ce qui est inclus ou pas dans la formule All-inclusive. Chambre moderne et agréable impeccablement tenue par du personnel agréable. Piscine suffisante pour se rafraichir, jardins arborés agréables......par contre la musique autour de la piscine est trop forte.....je conçois que l'âge moyen de la clientéle peut faire craindre une certaine surdité mais il ne faut pas exagérer..... Equipe Fram désagréable qui répond aux questions par ”ben c'est noté là madame”.....animation piscine où le personnel a manifestement très envie d'être ailleurs.... Excursions agréables qu'il vaut mieux prévoir dès le réservation car certaines comme l'Etna ne sont plus disponibles sur place...... Par contre merçi de faire attention à certains guides qui ont un tel accent qu'on ne comprends rien.......et merçi d'indiquer le nombre de kilométres à parcourir et le dénivelé, ça évitera de se retrouver avec des personnes dont la condition physique est complétement inadéquate et se retrouvent donc en difficulté pendant que ça ralentit tout le groupe. Bref, une semaine agréable avec des visites qui permettent de découvrir le pays.
