Muy bueno, lo recomiendo mucho, gran servicio y amabilidad

We stayed one night before flying out of Merida and that was enough. Perfectly safe place but obviously older and not the cleanest or best maintained. Room was large but half-empty and simple. Beds were not very comfortable. No elevator. No breakfast. Lovely courtyard and small pool area which people enjoyed. It was worth what we paid (very inexpensive) and we felt safe, but is not for relaxing or being pampered. There are better options nearby for slightly more money.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a 5 cuadras de Paseo Montejo y en pleno centro histórico. Bien a un paso de todo. La ubicación ideal para quienes visitan la Ciudad. Parada de buses frente al hotel. No tiene para apoyar la valija ni colgar nada dentro de la habitación. Solo un mínimo banquito de madera que no sirve para sent****, es pequeño y muy bajo. Tiene agua caliente para bañ**** y buen internet. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. La piscina se veía algo sucia, no daban ganas de entrar. Hice check out y guardaron mi equipaje hasta que fué hora de irme. A destacar, muy buena atención por parte de sus empleados. Lo recomiendo si busca un hotel bien ubicado y barato solo para dormir en Mérida.

Ottima posizione vicina il centro,stanza molto grande... Uniche cose positive. Ma la stanza si presentava sporca, muri macchiati e poi è stato impossibile dormire la mattina... Nella nostra stanza c'era una porta chiusa a chiave e dentro c'era un cellulare c'ha ha iniziato a suonare dalla 5.30 alle 6.10 per poi riniziare alle 7.00, il personale parlava solo in spagnolo. Fortunatamente dormito un solo giorno altre al costo di booking ricordatevi che dovete pagare altri 21% di tassa soggiorno e tasse. Ultima cosa siamo arrivati alle 15.00 come da descrizione, ma la camera non era pronta.. Abbiamo aspettato le 15.30 e poi 30 minuti per fare i documento. - _-'

En esta ocasión se han ganado el comentario negativo. Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con lo que anuncian en las redes, están super viejas, mi estancia fue de 2 noches por trabajo, la primera noche super aburrida por qué prendí la TV y oh sorpresa! se veía triple la pantalla, llamé a recepción y mandaron al ”velador” a disque reparar, pues él no sabe de nada de eso. Al día siguiente ya que Reporte que no había agua caliente y que me repararán la TV, volví al hotel y no hicieron nada. Fue bastante molesto no poder acostarse tranquila a poder ver aunque sea las noticias pues todas las letras estaban por toda la pantalla. En el restaurante los tuve que ir a buscar porq nadie estaba atento, super lentos. Les deje el. Pago en el restaurante pues ya se me hacía tarde y no podía esperar a que vinieran a cobrarme. Definitivamente mucho que mejorar. No recomiendo este hotel y la verdad me extraña pues los hoteles de kavia por lo regular son si no Buenos, pasables.
