Location is great as it is just a stone throw away from the train station and bus stop.
But the surroundings only have McDonald.
This hotel does not provide any drinking water.
Overall, it is still not too bad if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

L' hotel è in buona localizzazione, a due passi del centro storico, gli staff sono molto gentili, solo la mia camera che non mi ha piaciuta tanto, a causa di essere una mansardata non ha una tenda alla finestra sul tetto e mi svegliavo molto presto a causa della luminosità . Per il resto è andato bene.

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Toen ik de receptie zag werd ik een beetje bang om hoe de kamers zouden zijn, al had ik niks dan goede reviews gelezen. Maar mijn kamer was prima en heel netjes verzorgd. Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt is in een bar om de hoek. Niet erg uitgebreid maar genoeg keuze. Ook daar werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen en werd alles netjes uitgelegd. De ligging van het hotel is super. Over het hotel meteen roltrappen die je naar het centrum leiden. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

GGuest UserOpen the window and be able to admire the face of the Superior Basilica and the valley of Assisi is unpaid , predisposes a stay of peace and simplicity. The old monastery remains a certain atmosphere that gives that touch more and perfectly matches with.saint place, there is a church at the third floor where you can always go, a panoramic terrace at the fifth ... reachable with lift. The room is very well furnished and furnished with sober elegantness. I appreciated that there is no TV . Very good genuine breakfast and abundant. The staff is very gentle and available at the reception. We will return, because it is really an excellent position, but not just for that.

The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

PPUThe boss is enthusiastic. If you don't understand English, use a translator to solve the problem. Although there is no air conditioning, the electric fan is also very good. The room is large and the overall is good. The location is opposite the train station and it is convenient to take the scenic bus and train.
