The facility was extremey under equipped. My very basic requests (like to empty the full garbage can I received with the room) caused no actual response.

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。雙床房房間比較小，落腳的地方都快沒了。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是商場和超市，屬於是downtown中的downtown了。

Las habitaciones no incluyen aire acondicionado, y no lo especificarán en la información al hiesped antes de reservar, la ventana da internamente al hotel y no tiene ventilación, me dieron un ventilador que funcioanaba mal

很差的酒店，房間裏有發黴的味道，被褥不乾淨，早餐餐盤用具也不乾淨，房間設施也很一般，在攜程上居然是3星級！而且聯繫攜程退房退不了！最差的一次體驗！

Convenience location for my trip. I don’t like the Property does no have air conditioner. Looks like other properties near by do not offer a/c as well.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Our stay at this hotel was far below expectations. The first night, we were given a room without air conditioning. The heat was unbearable, and the room lacked a secure window that could be opened for ventilation. The following day, we were moved to a different room, but only after making a new reservation. Notably, the room descriptions do not mention whether or not they have AC, only differentiating by bed size.
Despite the staff being friendly, the overall service was horrendous. On the second day, we were left without bath towels. The staff claimed they were being washed but never provided replacements, leaving us without towels. The AC in the new room was equally disappointing, barely functioning.
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is next to a building in construction, so all the windows are closed. But worse than that, is that the AC unit is too small and does not cool down the entire area of the apartment with two bedrooms plus living room. We could not sleep at all because of how suffocating the rooms felt.
