Para parejas no lo recomiendo es un hotel tipo muchilero no es mi tipo de hotel son cápsulas de madera no estoy acostrumbrado

No matter if I had a reservation I took decision do not sleep in this Hotel, the reason it was the room isn't equiped with A/C any room. The temperatur in the city is hot. They offer only a fan if you have luck because are limited.
This information are no provided in the website.
I recognize the hotel style is nice but I can't belive that use Boutique without A/C.
I'll give another opportunity some day when they fix this importan point.

The atmosphere of the hotel is good, with nice murals.
The rooms are big but they don't have a window and AC, so it gets too warm!
Also we were in a duplex room and the ladder going up to the upper floor was not safe! No air was circulating in the upper floor as well.
Regarding the breakfast, they said continental breakfast was on our room, but what you get is either egg and beans or fruits with very bad quality. If you want a better breakfast you havr to pay for it.
For the room essentials, some times they don't fill it and you have to ask for it.
The location of the hotel was close to centro historico, but it was in a very noisy, dirty neighbourhood.

The place is so cute, well designed and clean. The staff is great. It is very secure and located centrally. The downsides were that there is no air conditioning and that the water temperature is very hard to control and dangerously hot.

Horribly hard bed.
Shower thats impossible to use because the temperature is constantly fluctuating.
Staff at the front desk were lovely.
Way too expensive for this basic stuff

The location is accesible. I didn’t like the bed as it was very hard and you could hear the plastic covering the mattress every time you move. The concept for the shower it’s not the best and doesn’t feel clean with all that wood on the shower floor and no curtains allowing all the water to spill all over the floor and the faucet was a nightmare as it was very hard to open or close to try to stop the water dripping, not the best system for a city that struggles so much with droughts. And lastly, avoid staying in the first floor specially on rooms near the entrance as you can hear all the noise from the aisles at all times of the day, it’s hard to sleep.

We had no hot water, wasn’t able to take a shower, people were loud. Hotel has allot of potential to be great, and was misinformed about the pool in the hotel.

Beautifully designed modern art deco hotel. Great service from reception to restaurant. Made good use of the free bike on a couple of days around the streets of el centro. Would definitely visit again in the future.
