Una estancia tranquila, el hotel está cerca de diversos puntos atractivos del centro de la Ciudad, el esmero del personal por la limpieza es notorio a simple vista, lugar cómodo, tranquilo y muy cuidado. Los servicios de agua, cafe, etc un plus en la estancia así como la amabilidad del personal en general. Sin embargo en las habitaciones considero importante actualizar televisores, ya que las habitaciones aun cuentan con televisiones por cable, sin acceso a internet lo que las hace ineficaces si se quiere relaj**** con un poco de música, películas o series.

La ubicación un poco temerosa en las noches ya da a una calle donde habitan indigentes, caminamos la zona y no pasó nada pero no se siente segura. Las instalaciones muy muy sencillas básicas corresponden al precio. Nos trasladamos a una habitación mejor con TV aunque jamás nos entregaron el control remoto. Muy diligentes en recepción para re acomodarnos. Muy mal que no hay nadie en recepción hasta después de las 9am. El vigilante que correspondió a la fecha de check out o sea martes 26 de marzo muy negligente.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, pero viejisimo, con instalaciones qur necesitan una renovación completa, perooo por el bajo precio se entiende. En mi caso que solo necesitaba un lugar para dormir y ya me pareció excelente precio. Y eso que mi habitación tenía sábanas viejas, manchadas y el colchón viejisimo y que se sentían los resortes. En cambio si tu estancia es larga y/o familiar entonces si te recomendaría buscar otra opción para tu comodidad.

This place is now a transit centre for migrants primarily from Cuba, Venezuela and China intending on crossing the U.S border illegally. It's bar and vending machines are abandoned and most light fittings are empty of bulbs. It is dark and filled with families packed into cramp rooms. Literally a boarding house now. The reviews do not reflect this ”new place”. Staff were fine as was cleanliness, but this place is not safe. I met a man in my room who has his wallet stolen...not surprising as 90% of guests are illegal migrants...

Why come to Mexico City and stay in an anonymous 'European/American' hotel? The architecture, space (super high ceilings), colours (orange and blue), the large bedrooms with only shower - these are truly Mexican (baths are not traditional in Mexico). Super clean. Mexico has been great during the pandemic in 2021, enforcing mask-wearing, use of shoe-disinfectant and hand-gel, and this is the same all over the country, not just in this hotel. Everyone is also incredibly polite about it. Frankly, I find this reassuring. Staff extremely helpful, even though I have no Spanish. They offered me a choice of quiet rooms overlooking the courtyard or noisier rooms overlooking the street, there is a locked storeroom for luggage, a safe in each room. For this price I would have given the hotel a five but there is (as of January 2022) an issue with the short hours worked by the restaurant. This is, of course, temporary, since tourism has been down - and because as soon as someone gets covid they have to stay home, so they are short-staffed. But with so many different cafes and restaurants nearby this is no problem. Definitely stay here again when I come back to Mexico City.

Was very high quality, Elon musk probably owns this hotel. The beds were amaze never felt so comfortable in a bed from my bed at home. Many attractions around the hotel, in the heart of everything. Felt the Mexican vibe which made it just feel worth it to experience the Mexican vibes. OH also service was very very good.
