一般吧，個人客觀評價: 1，這個房間沒有空調，天氣熱就別來了。 2，這個房間窗戶是內窗，朝公寓客廳裏面，大廳下麪的客服聊天 吃早餐 進出聽得一清二楚，不太隔音。 3，房間比較老舊，衛生很一般，就國內賓館水平。 環境：不過這個價位這個地段，就這樣了，房間有個電磁爐和微波爐 餐具，可以簡單自己煮個東西，沒有燒水壺。距離polanco比較近，我下次應該不會住這了。

The cab dropped us in front of the dated building façade. I could feel my wife boiling even behind her mask. ”I did not know that Polanco had a bad side” ”Well, let's check inside, maybe it's not that bad”. By night, the small lobby, did not look any better. Time had apparently stopped in the 80s here. And why were there two frontdesks in this small lobby? But against all odds this little hotel, after 3 nights, convinced us. The small café in the ”esquina” The Soumaya museum at only 15 mn walking distance The CLEANLINESS of the room Everything turned put to be what we were looking for, and for a good price. If you are not looking for something overly romantic or fancy, I definitely recommend this place.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! This is my 4th time at the hotel and by far the worst. The room was far lower quality than my last 3 stays. Would probably not stay again based on this. The price for what I got was extremely disappointing when usually it’s fantastic

Lokasi yang sangat baik dan bagus kerana biliknya besar. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan kejiranan, jadi tidak ada kesulitan.

Permaneci 3 dias en este hotel y a pesar de informarles que no habia agua caliente, nunca la tuve y me tenia que bañar con agua fria. Tampoco me cambiaron de cuarto donde si hubiera agua caliente

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
