Ulasan Park Hyatt Milan

雖然和國內的柏悦相比客房面積很小，但在米蘭酒店算很寬敞了。公共區比較歐式的設計，客房相對現代簡潔，更衣室和洗手間合在一起的不太方便。服務周到，早餐還不錯。

갑자기 일정이 바뀌어 하루 먼저 밀라노를 떠나게 되었으나 투숙일 2일 전이라 예약 부분취소가 불가능했다. 호텔에 사정을 얘기하니 프런트데스크 매니저님이 방도 업그레이드 해 주고 체크아웃 시간도 연장해 주었으며 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 이 리뷰를 통해 매니저님에게 다시 한 번 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 인근 Mandarin Oriental Hotel이나 Four Season's Hotel에도 투숙한 적이 있지만 호텔 위치나 방, 서비스 등 모든 면에서 Park Hyatt Milan이 가장 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

Everything about this stay was wonderful, from start to finish. I found the hotel to be exemplified by refined luxury, meaning it has everything required to be considered a true luxury hotel, but it did not feel stuffy and seems like a place that a family can enjoy as much as my wife and I did as a couple without kids. From check-in with Julia, to housekeeping and meals at The Cupola, everything was superb. I felt truly valued as a Globalist and appreciate that my SUA was applied and found the Park Junior Suite to be among the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. I also appreciated the birthday treat of dessert and a bottle of Prosecco. In an unobtrusive way, all of our needs were anticipated. Beyond the service, there really isn't a better location in Milan, with the hotel being adjacent to the Galleria and only a few steps from the Duomo. Thank you for making everything perfect!

We had a very short, but memorable stay at Park Hyatt Milan. We were traveling as a family and got upgraded to a junior suite with 2 connecting rooms, which was ideal for our family. We were celebrating a special birthday and the staff delivered a nice surprise to our room. We had a little hiccup during the check-in, but the service recovery was commendable. We were very impressed with the service. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The location is very central - convenient to exploring the city as well as some great shopping. Park Hyatt Milan would definitely be the place to stay on our next trip to Milan.

Before coming, I had some anxieties because the hotels in Europe are really small. though this room was not as big as the park hyatt in Chicago, its descent for Europe. The location is the best!! its right by Duomo. A few minutes walk to the Fashion Quadrangle, via spiga , via monte Napoleon and others... The rooms are clean as expected but relieved.

top notch staff and experience - the facilities are also amazing and in excellent condition with all the best appointments and decoration.

The Park Hyatt Milan is a first class hotel in an extremely convenient location situated near the main attractions of the city. Recently renovated, the interior design choices and amenities are modern and refreshing. We ate at the on site all day restaurant and ordered room service as well. Food was amazing and servers were accommodating. Will definitely return in the future!

I wish one has this level of Service, rooms and facilities. When on vacation you want enough space, welcoming hotel staff and good quality food and facilities. This hotel has it all. It's located right next to Duomo (less than 5 minute walk) so restaurants are more "touristy". The restaurant at the hotel could be a Michelin Star without the prices! Loved it ...will be back.

All Park Hyatts are good/very good and some… are great. This property is great — full stop. Great attention to detail right the way through. I’ve stayed 2x in the last few years, and it’s a wonderful, high quality oasis in the midst of Milan’s busiest neighborhood.

The Park Hyatt Milan is true to the high end Hyatt brand. My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary there and could not have been treated better! Outstanding and attentive service across the board, great location adjacent to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and Duomo Cathedral. The people that work here really make a difference! Special kudos to the front desk staff, concierges, and breakfast team in the restaurant. Surely one of the top hotels in Milan!
