The hotel was okay considering the price for 4 nights. While it is located further from the centre of milan- 50 min walk, 15/20 min cycle or 30 min on the tram, if you’re looking for a fairly priced place to stay then it’s okay. the bed was fairly comfy, sort of thin and only one pillow, but if you’re exploring a city sometimes you just need a place to rest! the staff were friendly upon arrival, however our room was the first in the corridor so you could hear talking, doors slamming and stomping around during all hours. overall, the hotel was decent for the lower price you pay as we only spent the nights there to sleep before going off out again!

Pos: - location: very easy to go everywhere with meteo - own kitchen - family room with extra bedroom for kids (8&11 years) Neg: - for the price you pay you shouldn’t expect to great facilities, but this was a bit too below expectations. The room were very old, dusty and really not cleaned well. This is a place to only sleep, you won’t be spending any relaxing time in the room - no airco - thing they call airco is not enough to cool down the room - more mosquitos in the room then outside. We didn’t open any window so how that many got in is a mystery - shower space is really small, but that I can live with - at 6 in the morning the fire alarm started.. it lasted at least half an hour and woke up the entire hotel- there was one staff membzr trying to silence it, but no communication whatsoever on what to do. Summarized: my expectation was low because it was also not expensive, but the cleaning of the room was so bad that that dissapointment led me to give 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been more.

We had the worst stay ever in this property! In the bathroom were ants, especially in the shower. In the shower there was also much moald, and it is not sanitary correct at all. First night we didn't have other option and we had to stay in that room, since hotel didn't have other available room, and it was late to find another property. Receptionst gave us bug spray for the bathroom, so we were spraying bugs instead of having rest on vacation. Also, room wasn't cleaned good enough, carpet was very filthy and walls also. It is really not okay, we payed 70e a night to clean bugs in some Milan's hotel! Another day we talked to the hotel manager about room changing and asked for some compensation because of our really bad experience last night. Hotel manager is the RUDEST LADY EVER, and she DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. How somebody can be manager of big hotel and doesn't know any language besides his/hers native language!? She was very unpleasant, we barely managed to communicate through translate app. And she was talking (I suppose some nasty stuff about us, based on her tone and looks to us) whole time to her colleague at the receprion. Summary: Ants and moald in the bathroom, dirty and non-vacuumed carpet, dirty walls, old and danaged furniture, bad smell of towells and sheets, really loud because od rail near by, non workinf wi-fi, pillows hard as rock, very rude and inpolite stuff.

This is a pathetic property. We booked an apartment with kitchen, there was no heating at night, entire room was smelling of some strong chemical from the time of check-in to check-out. The kitchen & utensils (very few, didnt even have a wine opener or wine glass etc in room) as well as bathroom were in very poor condition. Tap was coming out, plumbing was poor. The sofa bed was in poor condition felt like Adult would fall if slept on it. The dusting and cleaning of room of pathetic. The property is in very shabby condition, one must avoid at all costs. It affected our health by staying here. We asked property to call a cab, when it came then taxi meter was started at around 7 euros whereas it should start at 3-4 euros as per proper rates of the time (apparently property has commission in it). The property is located at end of a quite street so we were scared walking from the main road. As compared to other apartment facilities that we have stayed in Europe, so far, this was the worst property. We wont recommend to even in our dreams.

Me and my 2 friends booked here for 3 nights last week and we really can’t fault it, especially for the price! I was confused seeing some of the negative reviews of this place as our apartment was super clean, really spacious and as 3 young girls we felt particularly safe here. The reception staff were absolutely amazing especially the man who worked in the evening, he couldn’t do enough for us and was so nice! We arrived very late on a Friday evening and he showed us the best places for us to find somewhere to eat as most places were closed, he told us the best places to visit in Milan and also found us a taxi to get to the airport at 3.30am on Monday morning! The location is also really good just a short walk to the metro to get into the centre of Milan. Definitely recommend for a budget visit to Milan

Having booked this hotel LAST NIGHT for one night’s stay MONTHS AWAY I made the mistake of looking at reviews on *********** (which were reasonably mixed) instead of TripAdvisor. After seeing the pictures of customer’s bed bug bites, cockroaches and smashed car windows from the dodgy area that the hotel is in, I realised I had made a horrible mistake. I contacted the hotel asking if I could kindly cancel the one-night booking merely 12 hours after booking it but I was declined and have now lost my money. It is clear that this hotel does not match the photos and facade it is displaying on websites.

Buona struttura, in posizione ottimale, almeno per chi si sposta in auto, per il resto non saprei. La struttura è appunto spaziosa , stessa cosa per le camere. Unica pecca, non si sa tanto peso ai particolari (porte rotte, mobili rovinati), ma a dire il vero, comunque funzionali. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima insonorizzazione, si dorme benissimo!!!!

Les images sur booking sont pas conformes a ce que ont a recu. Exemple cuisine equipe = realite juste 1 frigo…. Le train qui passe tout les 15 min ca fait énormément de bruit… l’hotel n’est pas tres propre….. si vous séjournez que pour deux nuits sais oke si vous séjournez plus que 2 nuits vous allez souffrir du bruit de train. Ah et aussi l’isolement n’est pas ou top cars on entendait nos voisins. Les point positifs réception/ accueil chaleureux et sympathique

Compte tenu du prix on ne s'attendait pas à du grand luxe. Nous avions une grande chambre familiale. Elle ést très spacieuse et bien pensée. Par contre elle est très vétuste. Tout comme la résidence. Le mobilier est très abîmé et n'est pas toujours très propre. Par contre il y a plein de rangements et notamment un très grand placard dans la chambre. Le loquet d'une des portes est arraché et un placard ne peut pas s'ouvrir car l'alimentation du frigo passe contre la porte. Le canapé lit est très inconfortable et il n'y a que des draps non adaptés. Résultat, le drap de dessous ne tient pas et les oreillers sont inutiles tellement ils sont fins. La chambre est propre si on ne regarde pas dans le détail. La résidence est collée à la voie ferrée, donc un peu de bruit mais s'est raisonnable. Le métro est tout proche et le quartier est tranquille. Il y a un parking réservé à la résidence mais non surveillé. Vu le prix que nous avons payé nous ne sommes ni surpris ni déçu de notre expérience.
