The place was clean very nice. The breakfast can definitely use some improvement. 

酒店正常退房時間是中午12點。保潔早上9點開始每半個小時敲門一次，一直敲到11:50z而且巨沒禮貌的那種，把我吵醒。從沒有住過這樣的垃圾酒店。已經向酒店和攜程反饋，退了10%的房費，但是絕對不會再來了

不是你想象的五星凱悦，就是一個鄉下motel.我拿着三個拉桿箱（另一個人去停車）前台穩穩的站在那裡看着我掙扎進來毫無幫助的意思。晚上九點到酒店本以為可以在酒店餐廳吃點東西，結果今天不巧餐廳吧枱都臨時關閉。roon service是沒有的，迷你冰箱裏也空空盪盪，衞生間門關不上不要緊，電話也不工作，走到前台問了才知道根據猶他州法律迷你冰箱是不放東西的。第二天早上餓醒了，想着好歹酒店有早餐，吃了幾口豁然開朗，怪不得猶他比美國其他州胖子少，原來是因為實在食品太難吃了。酒店沒有浴袍，拖鞋，洗漱用品。不要忘了自帶哈。

酒店很不錯 外面荒涼裏面很現代化！住了2晚，非常舒適。出門也方便。

Great hotel for families! Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Hotel was clean, room was perfect size for our family of 5. Great location to the parks and downtown. Breakfast was good and variety of items.

Such a great resort. We loved the property and pool/hot tub, breakfast was free and pretty good. Room was newer, clean- mattresses were decent (not the best but ok), pillows were pretty uncomfortable. But we enjoyed it, GREAT location!!

The gate between the casitas and the pool was broken and didn’t lock. Cars were dropping off kids in the casita parking lot so they could swim without staying at the hotel, it was broken our entire visit. Breakfast was below average and depleted most of the time. Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was a DiGiorno. Ordered 1 domestic 12 oz. Coors Light, it was $7.50! Other than that, it was very nice and clean with friendly staff.

Was very nice, clean, the pool & hot tub were great & water was heated. Have a litte store for extra necessities if needed. Just wish pool area was open longer than 10p.m & the breakfast was better. Other than that this motel was great! Will be staying again...

Good for the price - hot tub nice but kids shouldn’t be allowed if they are playing and using it as a pool (having a sign would be all that they need as people are not intelligent and need instructions to let them know this) - breakfast was great - perfect location for hiking

This is a new hotel. It wasn’t even on Google maps yet. The accommodations were very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have had. I usually want to avoid hotel breakfasts but this one was superb. The workout room and pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day of hiking. And I just have to say on our way in one of our suitcase wheels broke. One of the maintenance guys offered to fix it for us. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Oh! The infused strawberry water was SO good!

The place is comfortable, the kitchen is adequate, no dishwasher. Comfortable beds. The porch is nice, but porch furnitures were a little dusty from being close to the roads.

This property was nice, clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Our bad experience was at check-in. As I usually do, I ask we we can get a room with a view (understanding that it might not happen, it will be ok but it never hurts to ask), instead of the common "sorry, we don't have anything available", the young lady said "aw, you only booked the double queen room, so you can't have the view". Wow, it was almost funny, but she was serious! The funny thing came when she said "we do housekeeping every other day"... and then I asked "awwww, is that because we only booked the double queen room?" LOL. I understand that off season rates are cheaper, but the tall and pretty young lady didn't have to make us feel like Hyatt was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Maybe it was because we booked through *******? Hmmm, we'll never know. Anyways, the rest of the staff was nice and again, the property was great, and I even enjoyed the view of the rock hill wall view from my comfy bed with plush pillows...
