Hotel dengan WiFi di Mollet del Valles

We checked in at night after the shoft of the staff was over so we chrcked in using a machine which was easy to use and had a staff member on phone for support. Room was big and tidy with all amenities needed. However location os not very good as it takes over an hour to reach city center by bus that only comes once every hour. Also my biggest concern was having ants in the room, om the table and on the bed. Even when we changed the room it still had ants. Staff was friendly and fulfilled needs quickly.

In overall our stay was great. We choosed this hotel due to it´s lower price, even though the hotel is around 10-15 mins walk to nearest train station and to the center of Barcelona it takes around 25 mins by train, but we didn´t mind. We stayed in a superior room faced away from the highway and it was comfortable, big enough, with big TV, coffee machine and also we had every day , water, chips and little chocolate extra to our room. Cleanning was perfect every day. What we missed in the room was some closet or drawers, spent 6 days living out of our suitcases. Breakfast is satisfying, although after 5 days we would prefer more choises - coffee needs to be improved and juices are too sweet, but can be easily mixed with water. Hotel staff was very nice, helped us with everything we needed. In overall this hotel is very good value for money.

The hotel is run down and doesn’t look to be maintained at all. Rooms look like they are decades old with skirting and fixtures quite literally falling apart, paint chipped off, I repaired damage etc… The older woman on staff was friendly and polite but the young woman was quite frankly useless. My company had shipped a package to arrive at the hotel, the young woman told me packages to guests are not possible. The next day the older woman gave me the package. On other occasions my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel late at night while the young girl was working. She was very ignorant, didn’t say hello and was sitting behind the desk with another woman (who I’m gathering is a friend, not a colleague). The place quite often stinks of cigarettes (both the lobby and rooms) and this woman spent most of her time out front smoking with her friend. One night in particular we came back late with our own pizzas and ate therm in the lobby. She looked annoyed, ignored us and went outside smoking. A guest arrived to speak to reception and was stood there for around 10 minutes being totally ignored. She walked off our back and I asked her friend (who I presumed was a colleague as she was sitting behind reception) for a drink from the bar. She told me she could get me a drink. I left and went to my room. On the first night the room I slept in was very noisy with lots of traffic from the main road. My window would not close fully which only added to the noise. The next day I asked to switch rooms. Breakfast is disgusting. Bad tea, hardly any milk and a toaster from the 90s where all the text has worn off the controls so I couldn’t figure out how to cook my roast correctly. Very small selection and virtually nothing for veggies other than some old fruit and a couple of baked goods. Parking is a nightmare. There’s an underground car park that we were told was fully booked so we had to drive around the streets every night looking for a space, driving round the one way system. This was not cool, one particular night when finishing work at midnight we drove around the streets for about 20 minutes looking for parking before parking about 5 minutes away next to a car that had been broken into.
