Different hotel since the modernisation in a good way. Perfect place with the airport so near. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of parking which is often an issue when I stay with premier inn. Will be booking here more often now it's freshened up

Nice place to get your head down for the night. Comfy beds and pillows decent food and we thought real value for money. Friendly staff and rooms were a good standard. Would stay there again. No problem. Minor issue we had no handwash in our bathroom dispenser and carpets could have done with a hoovering. But just minor things.

We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for their professionalism and friendliness during our stay on Thursday/Friday (when the storm was raging). All concerned were great and a credit to themselves. The breakfast in particular was spectacular. Thanks again folks, hope to see you again soon 👍

Great location, the hotel has been newly refurbished and it looks great. The family rooms are a great size and very clean.Exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel. There was loads of parking available.

Great stay, great staff and a great room, rooms are spacious and modern and very clean. Breakfast was nice too. The car park was tidy and no rubbish lying around. It's a shame the restaurant next door doesn't do the same. Wifi not too great though but the woman on the desk said they are waiting on the upgrade.

Stayed on 22 nd of November and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. Absolutely top notch I believe the hotel has recently been refurbished and it certainly looks it. Bed was perfect as was the bathroom.spotless clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly.breakfast was in the brewers fare restaurant and was excellent. The staff member on duty was very helpful and the food was topped up regularly. All in a great experience staying in the hotel

We are here presently, the room is perfect,spacious , very comfortable. Great having a walk in shower rather than a bath Always enjoyed our monthly stays here, but even better now, would highly recommendPlenty tea and coffee suplies, and good being near the m&s shop for sandwiches etc.Will be good when brewers fayre opens again.

Stay there regularly for business and always a pleasure to be there...Karen on the reception is always very friendly and helpful ,and the recently refitted rooms are top class. Meals in the pub next door are good,and the breakfast can't be beaten.

The new rooms are wonderful. Staff were very helpful. There is still ongoing works on the ground floor rooms but this did not affect my stay. The ongoing works once complete will upgrade the WiFi which can be a bit patchy but nothing to disrupt my stay. Overall a great stay and will be more than happy to return to this premier inn. Wonderful rooms and great staff!
