Though the location of the hotel was very easy to get to from Glasgow and close to the Troon ferry terminal, the actual location of the hotel was poor with only a view of a petrol station and the smell from the nearby farms. We paid for a premier plus room which came with ultimate WiFi. The WiFi wasn’t even good enough for a phone call never mind much else. We were meant to be making a video call later which we had to cancel because the network was so poor. The network, poor as it was, kept cutting off.

Excellent comfy bed room was very clean and all facilities worked as they should heating was excellent too.we found the room was very quiet and heard virtually no noise when in it .the staff were all very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much bother the food was excellent too and drink was reasonably priced also.we had a really enjoyable stay at monkton lodge and will definitely be returning again.

We visit this premier inn often due to excellent service and friendly staff! Karen at reception is always welcoming and friendly.All Staff in brewers fayre are friendly,Ross,joanna and Calum provide a great service.food is great quality and good price.The premier plus rooms are excellent quality would highly recommend,looking forward to our next stay.

Different hotel since the modernisation in a good way. Perfect place with the airport so near. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of parking which is often an issue when I stay with premier inn. Will be booking here more often now it's freshened up

Nice place to get your head down for the night. Comfy beds and pillows decent food and we thought real value for money. Friendly staff and rooms were a good standard. Would stay there again. No problem. Minor issue we had no handwash in our bathroom dispenser and carpets could have done with a hoovering. But just minor things.

We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for their professionalism and friendliness during our stay on Thursday/Friday (when the storm was raging). All concerned were great and a credit to themselves. The breakfast in particular was spectacular. Thanks again folks, hope to see you again soon 👍

Great location, the hotel has been newly refurbished and it looks great. The family rooms are a great size and very clean.Exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel. There was loads of parking available.

Great stay, great staff and a great room, rooms are spacious and modern and very clean. Breakfast was nice too. The car park was tidy and no rubbish lying around. It's a shame the restaurant next door doesn't do the same. Wifi not too great though but the woman on the desk said they are waiting on the upgrade.

Stayed on 22 nd of November and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. Absolutely top notch I believe the hotel has recently been refurbished and it certainly looks it. Bed was perfect as was the bathroom.spotless clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly.breakfast was in the brewers fare restaurant and was excellent. The staff member on duty was very helpful and the food was topped up regularly. All in a great experience staying in the hotel
